Aerotek is fantastic! Pavneet genuinely showed care as she helped me find a position. I'm working a good job with a good wage, and it's all thanks to her. She went above and beyond to help me, and I'll always be grateful

I have been searching for work for over 3 weeks. I received a call from pavneet on Tues 18 of oct. she questioned me about my resume, qualifications, interested position, shifts and even the distance that I would like to travel to get to work.We had a zoom meeting on Wednesday and by Friday I had an interview with my now employer. Started working on Tuesday 25. Pavneet was able to get me employed and set up in one week and with just one interview. She is fantastic, Friendly, knowledgeable and she genuinely cares.Thanks Pavneet.

I recently tried to find work through Aerotek and I was in contact with a recruiter. I took time out of my day to talk with the recruiter about my resume and qualifications. We concluded the conversation and I was told I would be contacted about a job. So I would say that was about 3 weeks ago and I've tried to contact the company about any updates and nothing. It seems to be there is some accountability issues?

My experience with Aerotek have been a good one. The fact that they take each and every of their workers as top priority is very much commendable.All my questions via phone call and texts gets answered.Meheret Gezehegn and Irene are those I deal with, and they are very wonderful people to deal with. They are good communicators and are very professional in their dealings as well.

Recruiters don't take full responsibility for their promises, they make promises and then they don't hold themselves accountable. No communication between employees and recruiters. It's a tough agency to work for. They deduct so much money out of your pay a lot so be aware.
