2nd time: as promised we came back and it was indeed much better. No greeting but someone promptly came to offer assistance and helped us quickly chose what we needed. Let's hope the purchase and the order goes as well.1st experience: Terrible service. We waited a long time for a few clients to be taken care of before us... when they arrived after us. 2 thumbs down! Reply to the owner: we were acknowledged a couple of times but you chose to serve others. I wish the appointment reason had been communicated. Everyone deserves a second chance, especially in these times. We will come back and hope the experience is better.

After looking for a long time for a bathroom vanity light, I was happy to find exactly what I wanted for a great price at Living Lighting. We had an issue with light bar and the mounting plate being straight, and the staff were so helpful and kind, pulling out other boxes to make sure we found one that was fine. I love the light that’s installed and am so grateful for their exceptional service.Thank you !

We needed to pick new lighting for our new build (a lot of lights!!) and Jenn made the process so easy. We thought we were gonna be overwhelmed and spend hours in the store- to our surprise a very pleasant experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and when we couldn’t find certain lights on display we were quickly shown options online that were exactly what were were looking for. We were able to light all of our house with their in store selections. So many different colours and styles to choose from.

Calum was a HUGE help with selection of a new fixture. I was a bit overwhelmed by the options to consider and he was SO helpful. Living Lighting London's selection was far better than the big box stores and the service was exceptional. Happy to recommend them.

Had a terrific experience there today. Picked up a great light fixture for my parents-in-law at an amazing price. The staff was really helpful and remained extremely professional - despite being verbally assaulted by an abusive shopper who seemed determined to cause a scene. I will be sure to shop there again in the future. Great selection, and very reasonable prices!

The staff is extremely rude. I'm not sure the man's name but he has been rude to my mother on three occasions. My mom is the sweetest person in the world and I would never shop there because that if he can't be nice to her then I don't know if he can be nice to anyone.

Be warned...even if you select a light that is hanging on display in their showroom, if they don't have any in stock, they will order it for you. HOWEVER, because they ordered it for you, it's somehow considered a special order"

Just another evening grilling without my back patio light that was to be delivered 2 weeks after moving into my new house... so glad that over 60% of the lights that Living Lighting sold my wife for our new house were out of stock/had been on backorder since they were sold. So enthralled that they neglected to tell her that in May when she picked them out (it's now September). We were told 2 weeks before moving in that we would be missing 60% of our lights. No alternatives offered but they've asked if we want to pick others, we've asked for options and radio silence. Now we're looking at end of October for the majority of our lights. I can get lights (even on backorder from Amazon or Home Depot for the same amount or less that actually arrive on time) Lackluster customer service and follow up are sure great. But hey, they have our money... I guess we'll sit here and take it, grill by solar patio lights and greet our friends and family with simple screw in bulb fixtures in over 60% of our house. Terrible experience.

Exceptional knowledge and patience dealing with my wife and I as we battled our differing tastes in the midst of a remodel. In the end it was Callum's determination and jovial cadence that pathed the way to our eventual solution which actually took far less time than I had imagined going in. Huge selection, Great service.
