They are complete price gougers.I took a pair of white pants and a white top which I used at my casual wedding. Keep in mind it was not a wedding dress it was synthetic white pants and a white top that required no additional care other than being put through the dry cleaner. They took it without comment. I probably should have noticed that they did not put the price on the receipt they gave me. However, at the time it never occurred to me they would charge me more than dry cleaning a pair of synthetic pants and a top.When they gave it back to me they wanted to charge me over $125 claiming that it was a wedding dress" because I wore them to my wedding. It is a racket to charge someone for the occasion they are wearing the clothing instead of the actual article of clothing..We have been loyal clients there for years but they just lost two clients."

The lady is very nice. I came in last weekend to hand in my coat for repair. They did the best job I have seen at a dry cleaners at Vancouver. 10/10 Recommended to all!

A total ZERO - this is a terrible dry cleaners. I put my dry-clean only duvet in for cleaning and they totally destroyed it. Firstly, it wasn't done for the day they said it would be, and when I did go to get it, it was wet inside. Australian lamb wool - damp and clumped together. I believe they attempted to wash it in a washing machine. Only saving factor was that the lady gave me cash for the value of the duvet - but this certainly doesn't cover the annoyance or inconvenience of the whole situation.

After trying 3-4 dry cleaner in the area this is by far the best value not only good prices but good work .....and great service with a smile (nice bonus)Try it you will be happy you did :)

I bring all my coats here to dry clean at the end of the season. They always do an amazing job, friendly people, great attention to detail, and my coats come back as good as new. You get what you pay for!

Don’t recommend dropping of your Amazon returns here as the lady charges $1 for printing and tape fee.

Patched up two pairs of pants, reattached the zip to my back pack, repaired a top with holes at the armpits. Excellent quality work and warm, friendly and caring service.
