Would highly recommend this team. Bob was extraordinary in sales and so was Moses. RV Canada that provides delivery service in Stittsville however...the absolute worse experience ever...and we have owned over a dozen campers and motorhomes. Never even got a sorry for the delay and mix-up from them. In fact we did our own commissioning and check out including installing our own new license plate after more waiting. Seriously !! Not a soul in sight !!

Jason and Moses treated us very well making our experience buying a new to us trailer from Open Roads positive. They both listened to our needs and bent over backwards to ensure they were not only met, but in some circumstances, exceeded. I would strongly recommend buying from Open Roads Stittsville. Our only concern is the lack of an on site service department. This proved to be a the only negative in the entire purchase process and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Our recommendation is to avoid their off site service dept at all costs, especially if your new used trailer needs cleaning. But that's a different review.
