Marissa is so knowledgeable and professional, the salon is always clean and tidy and she is so easy to talk to. I love going!

I showed up for my appointment at 10am which was confirmed through the Instagram app and through text confirmation. And when I arrived the two employees were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Then I sat for a good 10 minutes (was the only one there) and was told that my appointment was only at 11am, and she had another appointment before me, which I told her the website (text) told me it was at 10am. She didn't care what so ever and said it doesn't matter, she has someone Infront of me. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude that I took time out of work for this and wasn't treated with respect or accomatedated for my time that I scheduled.

Incredible girl, professional, beautiful work and a kind, funny and caring esthetician. Highly recommend.

Hands down best artists in Brockville. Always takes great care of my lashes and they last forever. Can’t recommend this girl enough!

worst lash extension experience i’ve ever had. first of all their “hybrid” is more like a classic, not full at all. prices are absolutely outrageous for the work being done, i would understand if they actually applied the fans properly and the extensions were fuller but i’m not impressed. a single fan was attached to multiple natural lashes and this was every single fan causing me to have major lash loss. after i stopped going and they all fell out by themselves, i had little to NO natural lashes left bc of the lash tech attaching single fans to multiple natural lashes, i had to use lash serum for months after just to grow my natural lashes back.and not to mention they are extremely rude and are very competitive, if you go to one of them and are needing a fill but your girl is booked up you can’t get in with the other bc they don’t allow that.would not recommend. go anywhere else in brockville if you want to keep your lashes and pay a decent price.

I have been coming to see Marissa religiously for the last year and a half. The salon is always clean and tidy, the girls are always smiling and welcoming. Marissa has always been extremely accommodating and timely - I have never waited for more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Not to mention, she knocks my lashes out of the park every single time! Anyone that knows Marissa knows the pride and hard work she puts behind every set and fill to make her clients feel as confident and beautiful as possible! I don’t think I could ever not be a client!

I’ve been going to Marissa for lash extensions and I only have GREAT feedback. After a bad experience with another lash tech, she coached me on product to repair my lashes from the damage. Marissa and Abby are so kind and caring. Since my first set I am confident in her knowledge and skills in the beauty industry to continue services with her! I’ve been going to Marissa for lash extensions and lash lifts and tints for about a year now, and have always had the best experience. Firstly, she is so professional and always makes me feel welcome when I’m there. Her work is of such high quality and I’m always so happy walking out of there. Her pricing is AMAZING for the services as well - I’ve compared to several other spots. After recently switching from extensions to lash lifts and tints for a bit (just felt like switching it up), I was amazed at how healthy my natural lashes were, even though I had extensions on for almost a year! Just goes to show that Marissa truly is an expert at what she does, takes great care when applying the extensions, and uses high quality products. Marissa has always been great with getting me in for any services I need, too. It is understandable that most established techs do book up quickly but Marissa is very organized, dedicated to her work, and has a great booking system which has always worked well for me!
