They have great customer service from the office staff. The handy person cares about saving you money and has great attention to detail. He's speedy and doesn't waste time. The cleaning staff is detailed and thorough. The quote/payment/ job request/receipt online platform is easy to use.We had all our kitchen drawers fixed with new soft close runners because they wouldn't close properly, had pull out garbage bins installed, a garborator removed and regular sink pipes installed, and a pull-out insert for our corner cabinets installed.The cleaner comes once a month. She can't get to everything because the house is cluttered but the rooms she gets to are done really well. The washroom was deep cleaned ie vents, window screen, walls included.
