Huge shout out to Gord!! My partner and I excitedly went in to buy our first bed together and we didn’t know where to begin. Right from the get go Gord was able to point out 4 beds that were on sale, and 2 were in our price range. He gave us great advice based on our individual needs and preferences, wasn’t pushy, gave us the space we needed to test out beds and talk it over. We left for an hour to think about it, and when we came back ready to buy our bed and head board, Gord was ready to go and got us a great deal!! Someone give this guy the raise he deserves!

What can't I say about my experience at the Fanshawe Park Road location- it was amazing.Dustin and Sean were patient, courteous and completely knowledgeable about every product, and solution for my needs. The 60 day sleep guarantee gave me peace of mind in case I had picked the wrong mattress. I ended up upgrading to a King size and bought a beautiful headboard and footboard that look great in my new house.They took the time through calls, texts and emails to ensure my new bed was a sleep changer. The delivery was bang on time, no need to wait around for it. This bed has changed my morning attitude- I've never slept better.Great company, great staff- I'd recommend it to anyone in the market for quality product and service.Best part- it's a Canadian company!Well done guys! Went into the London Ont store at Fanshawe, I had an idea of what I was going to purchase as I'd checked on line first. Some 5 individuals were in the store, none that I would say we're customers. None approached me to assist assist, one individual whom I saw sitting at a desk got up and decided to come in the direction I was walking. As he got infront of me he decided to cough not at a safe distance but right infront of me. He nor anyone else in the store was wearing a mask. I thought it was extremely rude and took it as a deliberate act, as I was wearing a mask. At that I was headed to the door when one salesman ask he could help. Later found out he's the manager Sean, very helpful and he put on a mask. Friendly individual unlike the elderly salesman that cough infront of me. I made my purchase and await delivery. Will comment further if need be. Not in any rush to return to that store

Hi Google, I'm giving sleep country Fanshawe a 5-star review. Mattress shopping is never going to be this perfectly transparent process, but Natalie, Alan and their team actually made it somewhat pleasant while in store.The real props come with the service after sale. My mattress was defective, but I was away on business and did not notice it until I got back. Well, there is a 48 hour window in which to report damage or defects. So my googling and a call to the customer service produced an apparent trip through the warranty process, as per the Sleep Country policy. I was fuming mad and decided to call the store directly. It took about two minutes to resolve it with Natalie and my new, awesome mattress came the next week.I guess I'm writing all this because all stores sell stuff to you and you are always at a disadvantage in terms of information. Companies exist to make money off of this. Some places have a philosophy that supports this sort of environment and anyone who has shopped somewhere, anywhere for a mattress knows that you are far more likely to encounter shady practice. That is not the case at Sleep Country on Fanshawe and I would recommend that you go there first if you are in London and need a mattress.

Sleep country doesn’t honour their warranty, tried twice with my warranty and denied both times! Pay good money for a good bed to wear out before warranty is up and expected a good company to replace it like they say when you buy the bed, but nope not sleep country!never buy from them again!!

Absolutely the best Sleep Country location in Canada. The people that work at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I am so pleased with the service. Extremely knowledgeable as well. Please do not shy away from purchasing your next mattress at Sleep Country and at this specific location.

Horrible customer service, beware!Purchased a bed and two different pillows in July. Bed arrived with only one type of pillow. FYI, these pillows are $250 each, the most expensive they sell and of course, the ones they have you lie down on!I followed up with Thomas, the sales associate, and he said he would look into it and call me back...NOPE! I called back a week later and spoke with a different sales associate who also said they would look into it and call me back....NOPE!Almost a month later and with a call to the customer service at head office, they hope to get the pillow to me by the end of September.This was the second bed I have bought from this store and will certainly be the last.

Just wanted to take the time to write this review about our salesman Tom at the Fanshawe Park Rd location. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and asked us for help. He was EXTREMELY patient with us and answered all our questions. We were shopping around and told him that and he was not pushy at all!!!! When we left, he said no matter what our decision was, he hoped we had an amazing day - which I thought was extremely professional! I wish all sales people were like Tom!!!

Bought pillows today for my partner and I. Gord helped us out and he was great. He was knowledgeable and was a great help. Will definitely return when it's time to get a new mattress.

Ask for Ryan!!!-- Recently, I originally thought I had gone in to purchase a similar mattress in a king size to the queen I previously had owned in 2017... But to my knowledge, I was completely wrong. The model I had owned before, the manufacturer had changed the model names and numbers, which later led to more confusion... I was so pleased with the customer service at this Sleep Country because Ryan went above and beyond to show us the appropriate mattress even when I made a mistake in ordering the wrong one. Customer services was 10/10. Delivery was 10/10. Satisfied. Go to Masonville Sleep Country. ASK FOR RYAN!
