Q-Nails Ellerslie

The best and only Q-Nails I will go to. They can do just about anything and at a reasonable price. The only thing I wish they had was gel nails that are buildable as I prefer that to acrylic. Ladies are all super sweet.

This was 2 weeks ago but I was away and unable to post. First appointment of the day and they were about 15 mins late to get there and open up, so set up and everything was a little delayed. Went with my daughter and husband, and the pedicures were nice but the prices were a little surprising. We had done shellac and I got one nail on each toe chromed and my pedicure was twice as much as my husbands and daughter who got a mani as well. Other than that it was nice and they were very good to my daughter, so I’d recommend for bringing kids. Just wouldn’t recommend if on a tight schedule as it seemed many of their appointments were running behind.

I booked appointment for last week for pedicure and manicure. She did my manicure not how I wanted, did her own thing. Then when it was time for my pedicure she said they dont have any time even though I had an appointment and they were no where near closing. Very unprofessional!

Q-Nails was amazing! The service was very efficient and everyone was incredibly kind. The atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming. I got my nails painted and they were done very well!

I just had my nails done by Snow. She did and excellent very thorough job! Very impressed- I’ll be back!

I recently started going to this location. I've been to other salons in the area and I am always left disappointed when their work doesn't last. Qnails has been exceptional, they quality of their products is much better and lasts longer. The massage chairs are such a bonus for the pedicure. And they staff are all really nice and friendly and professional. The location itself is awesome, well maintained and clean.

I went here for the first time as a reccomendation from a friend. Snow did a great job on a fill, she cleaned up my cuticles. It was great.Update I have been here several times and it is stellar service every time.

Just went with my mom and sister and I absolutely love how Sammie did my nails. She found the perfect mix for the colour I showed a picture of. Super happy with her work!

Both times I came here my nails took about an hour an 45 minutes even for simple maroon almond shape. Both times the nails came off extremely fast. Spent $90 on a set just for it to come off in less than 3 weeks. Don’t waste your money like I did mine, sooooooo disappointing.

I went here near the end of March, I got my nails done (they did an amazing job on my nails) but I also decided to get eyelash extensions for the first time in my life. The entire time I was getting my eyelashes done, she was pulling my lashes, poking near my lash line and the whole process was just painful. I was supposed to get cat eye volumes and they ended up giving me what looked like a classic set with extended outer corners. The glue was chunky and the eyelashes literally felt like plastic and deflected water. I ended up being in pain the entire time I had the eyelashes on, constant itching, burning - I even developed an eye infection - I will be going to get my money back and never using their services again. Not to mention I lost a huge chunk of my natural lashes which now prevent me from getting eyelash extensions elsewhere..
