Had our first puppy visit today with Dr. Smordin and the very kind staff @ Bridlewood Animal Hospital. They were helpful, patient and very supportive of our new pup. Bridlewood Animal Hospital
For several years, Bridlewood Animal Hospital provided amazing care of my cat, Daphne.Recently, Daphne’s health took a turn, and we had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. The care, and compassion of the Bridlewood team, specifically Dr. Smordin, was of the highest standard. I’m grateful for the care they provided Daphne, and when I’m ready for my next fur baby, I’ll be back :)

Bridlewood Animal Hospital
When I moved into the neighborhood in 2012 I chose Bridlewood Animal Hospital due to the convenience. I moved out of that area, 20km away. I did briefly have a new veterinarian. It became apparent that the level of care that my dogs had previously received was not the same as with Dr Smordin. My dogs are valued members of my family and as such, they deserve the best care. Dr Smordin is exceptional.

Had an emergency visit with my granddog and the staff were wonderful! Very accommodating and were able to take us in fairly quickly. All the tech and admin staff were friendly. They were able to keep the costs to a reasonable amount and Sam is now doing great.

I am originally from the states and I moved to ottawa area with my wife and I brought my 5 yr old lab with me. Upon my dogs first visit they needed his records from the states and instead of me getting them, they went above and beyond to aquire them for me with no hassle. They have been A1 since day 1 and they both are very nice and knowledgeable about animals and what is going on with them. I give many thanks to this office for helping my dog feel better. I recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly knowledgeable staff!

I had my first visit to this clinic today. I brought my dads dog Coco, in for a checkup. They were so friendly making the appointment a few days ago (new client) and very professional and safe upon our arrival. Dr. Lesley called me when they were finished and was so kind and explained her findings, concerns and suggestions. I am happy to be their new customer!Liz K

We have been bringing our hounds to Dr Smordin for the past 10 years. She is everything a vet should be - caring, passionate, listens to concerns, and has so much compassion. Thank you so much Dr Smordin and Bridlewood staff for everything you've done for our dogs over the last decade. We appreciate you so much!
