Nous avons acheté un spa cet hiver. Nous avons été super bien conseillé lors de l'achat. Pour la livraison absolument rien à dire tout c'est très bien passé. Nous avons eu un problème avec une pompe lors du démarrage de notre spa. Michael est passé nous montrer comment faire. Pour les tests d'eau et la vente des produits super service également. Que du bon à dire de cette entreprise :)

I agree with the negatives- « buy my product- the best! Buy the expensive one- the best! » and when you have issues you get zero service.Installation was sloppy with crap components that didn't survive one year’s use. 4500$ for this??!?!!!UPDATE: the pool is 2.5 years old and has officially broken where the water flooded my yard. YOU'LL BE HEARING FROM ME.

Très mauvais service, le propriétaire ne tient pas ses promesses… soyez vigilant avant de signer quoi que ce soit… pas de retour en arrière possible avec cette famille qui ne pense qu’à l’argent !

No stars what so ever. The absolute worse place to make your pool purchases. The owner is rude and unprofessional, the staff were unhelpful and definitely not friendly(must run in the family).The whole time we were in the process of choosing our pool he only spoke to my husband and we were buying the pool for ME because my husband does not swim and did not care one way or another what we were getting. On top of all that our pool wasn't installed properly and 6 months later the sides gave out and the pool was ruined.they also claimed it was our land the problem. Crazy because my husband and I installed a second hand pool without any experience and it lasted us 10 years before it broke from normal wear and tear. Stay as far as you can away from this business they are not worth your time and money.
