Bought a couch and had Donna helping us out. She was lovely and sorted out what we needed very effectively. Also had a very easy and smooth delivery, the guys were very nice and insisted they take their shoes off every time they came inside :) highly recommend!

Super friendly staff with no high pressure sales. Let us browse at our own pass without following us around. When we had questions they were there to answer. Furniture arrived when they said it would and they held on to it for a few weeks as our house rebuild was a bit delayed. When I went to pick up our stuff the wrong chair had been sent to the store from the warehouse. They solved the situation quickly and offered to deliver the chair in 2 days so I wouldn't have to come back. Very kind and unexpected but very appreciated.Would recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture

This is my 2nd purchase at Smitty’s in 2 years. First a couch which I love and now an electric swivel glider recliner chair with lumbar support……LOVE IT. My back is very happy.Thank you Lauri who spent lots of time with me and answering my questions. The delivery was amazing, ahead of schedule, on time and very friendly guys. Thank you to all of you.

Some of the best furniture I have ever owned. Bench made in Canada and USA with kiln dried hardwood frames and premium materials. This Canadian made hardwood frame 100% full grain premium black leather couch is my most recent purchase being delivered this Saturday...all the sales people are great as well !

Absolutely fantastic sales staff, Patsy was amazing helped me pick out everything I need.Alex and Dylan were my delivery guys and they were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. We were greeted by Donna on entering the store. She ask us what we were interested in and quickly showed us several units that were on our list. She was very helpful but not pushy and listened to our requirements.We found the perfect unit at a great price and it was in stock.We finalized a deal that day.Delivery was within a week.The unit was set up very quickly by the delivery crew, they were very professional.Just great service all round from walking in the store to final delivery.Highly recommend Smitty’s. Great service and top quality.Colin.

Excellent quality furniture.Our sofa was available from the warehouse, so it came fairly quick.However, the two push back chairs had to be built and would be several months before delivery.Smitty's kept us up to date on the possible delivery date.The chairs were delivered as promised and placed in the requested spot by the delivery personnel.Very happy with the furniture and service.

Purchase product process was smooth, sales staff very good, full points. Delivery did not go well, trying to get ahold of someone to help w/ delivery problem was extremely difficult and frustrating. Once I finally got someone, they were able to assist in a timely manner which is the only reason I would consider shopping there again. The push back recliner is divine!!!

Very pleasant experience with both the salesperson and the delivery men. The salesperson, Natalie, was very patient, friendly and professional. The delivery men were also very polite and helpful and actually showed up before the agreed upon delivery time. They waited as I wasn’t home as yet.
