i asked for them to bring it upstairs to my apartment as i am handicap and they instead threatened to bring back the pizza to the store even though i have already paid for it. TERRRIBLE SERVICE

The dining area is open late. They had house music playing in the background while they made my pizza. The guys were happy to be there at 1:00 am. Very friendly people.

Pizza Pizza is so good when it's hot and fresh. Something crazy happens to it the next day after putting it in the fridge. Even when you try Pizza Pizza again next time! I've ordered pizza from family restaurants, franchises, from small snacks stores, and had homemade at relatives many many times. Pizza Pizza has chemicals in it or something. You know, like when the magic wares off. Everything suddenly goes soggy and sour, and smells OLD. And microwaving or oven does not help. Those other places do not have this sudden gross change less than 12 hours later. Everyone in the world knows cooked food has some life to it, whether it be barbecued kabobs, homemade pizza, hamburgers, tacos, subs, a bowl of chili, or anything else.

Pathetic customer service by the delivery driver Neerav. The delivery driver asked to come outside of the store while It was told to deliver inside the store. Here’s the exact conversation:Delivery driver: can you come outside and take your pizza.Me: sorry, I can’t, the store is really busy. Can you deliver it inside?Driver: calling constantly…..( i wasn’t able to answer the call, so he calls customer service to call me) all happened within 5 minutes.Me: hey, what happened. You said you were outside.Driver: yeah you are not answering your phone and I don’t have whole day to do this.Me: sorry but you can’t talk like that.Driver: being in his most frustrated tone, i need your address.Me: sorry i thought you said you were outside. But this ……..is the address.Driver: yeah the address is wrong on the order.After me explaining him that I gave the accurate address and the name of the store. I don’t understand how that could hv happened.Driver Comes inside the store. Says: do you want this pizza or not? Because i can take it back.So we said no. Take it back.Didn’t even said anything to him. I cannot understand how he’s working in customer service. If you don’t like your job, don’t do it.Anyways, I have already reached out the higher up management regarding the same and they are looking into it.Now about the store: ordered the same again and after specifically telling the customer service manager that I would like to place an order for the same thing and to please make sure it’s not the old pizza and not be delivered by the same guy.Got the pizza after 30 minutes, paid for it. My only mistake I didn’t check the pizza before paying. Received the same old cold pizza, slightly heated up which made the base burnt and super hard to chew on.I am beyond disappointed by my whole experience. Would never ever order here again.
