Millstone Pond

Mary in sales is absolutely wonderful. She really helped guide me through the process and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The community is well kept and the homes are beautiful. I am very happy here.

Our streets are terrible accidents waiting to happen. Streets are pure ice. I spun out trying to get unto 26 mile! Need salt.

Maybe I'm missing something the others residents are seeing but...Roads - way better than other parks. I've doordashed to many parks and here has far less issues. Yes, there is ice - we live in Michigan, but when I was shoveling my driveway covered in 2ft of snow, the maintenance guy helped by plowing a bit without me asking. HUGE HELP!!Neighbors - no real issues. Those in my vicinity keep to themselves, and yes, some keep a small storage outside, but it's not unsightly, so it doesn't bother me.Repairs - every time I call the office, I've spoken with Amy or Jill, and they are really nice and tend to the issue. When our heater broke in the winter Amy called me back to ensure it was tended to after the maintenance team came out at 6pm, then add'l repair team came at 9pm same night to ensure we'd be okay.I have 2 young teens, and they love it here. Basketball court and grassy area for extra playing, plus pool, walking path (perfect for son who runs track) and easy bike trip to meijer and fast food in the summer.As I said....I'm missing something because it's not nearly as bad as a 1 star rating.Gave 4 stars, as opposed to 5 purely because we can't have fire pits. All previous parks have allowed them with regulations that they stay contained and safe. Really miss having a fire outside with friends.View from clubhouse side of pond.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have had nothing but problems with our neighbors. There is a lot of favoritism some people are allowed to break the rules while others are not. Fences and outdoor storage are not allowed in the community however our neighbors have both. We have addressed this management and nothing is done.

Been living here 12 years.Recently realized that we have been paying for their street light for the entire time we’ve lived here.Went into the office to let them know that we should be reimbursed.Only to be told that we would only be reimbursed for two years,Because yes communities have only owned it for two years.We were told that it was “missed” during their audit.If they bought the community they bought the debts.

This place is home.A beautiful , peaceful community. I love my Millstone pond!

The roads are pretty nice especially when compared to other parks I've been in lately. The park itself seems to be kept up well and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Great place to live! I’ve been here 11 years with my son and it just has a real home subdivision feel and we feel safe in this community! It’s quiet and peaceful and safe. So it’s the best of the manufactured communities around!

I've been living here for over a year with my wife and 2 children. It has been problem after problem. It took them seven months to replace things that were already broken before we moved in, despite us contacting them several times. Our smoke alarms were incorrectly installed and went off randomly for months, until an actual electrician said they weren't even plugged in under the home. The park manager came in for a forced gold key service" where they allegedly check for leaky pipes and drains. While she was inside my home she was rude and insulted me. She then tried to evict us for damage done prior to us moving in

Very beautiful community that sits off of I-94 30 minutes north of Detroit. A very good quality product that is provided by Clayton Homes of Middlebury Indiana. A very good and friendly knowledgeable staff with a country setting and a pond private pond.
