Extremely professional. Cheaper to change my cell screen than web sujested. They gave me an aproximat time to get it done (3 days) and guess what. It was ready in 3 days as promised...parts ordered and changed.I will go back if needed for sure.Oh ya....they also have a great choice in cases and refurbished used phones.

Totally smashed my iphone screen and fortunately was directed to Cellzone. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and my phone was repaired in 2 hours. Having recently moved from Toronto I happy that both employees were fully bilingual. Thank you Bechir for all your help.

I just had an encounter with this place because of a cracked screen on my phone. They did a solid job at a decent price, returned my phone within an hour, and the guy at the counter was very friendly. So I have nothing to complain about. Would recommend.

I am trying really hard to like this place... They do a great job but service is very slow, had to wait a good 10 minutes on the phone the other. day and they asked me twice how they could help me when I already told them why I was calling. They tell you they'll call when your phone is ready but had to call each time for them to tell me oh yeah it's ready.Like I said good quality work.Kinda poor quality service.If you're in a hurry maybe not

Just like all the other cellphone repair traps, this is a place where losers go to get ripped off by ignorant staff, careless management, poor quality cellphone parts, unfair pricing and bad service.

I was visiting Sherbrooke when my cell phone battery decided to quit. These guys 1) had a new one in stock 2) fixed it in less than 2 hours. Thank you for the excellent, speedy service. A very good price too. Highly recommended.

I had not a good experience using the service of this store.I gave them my Samsung tablet to repair it (they said it takes two to three days).After one week, they called me to come. I went, they said we cannot do it, and they charged me 20$ (they told me before). And they gave me my tablet in a bad condition (one edge of it was open!!).

I often break my iPhone and it is always repaired the same day. The team is dynamic, young and dashing. Never been disappointed!
