Never had any issues with Howard bus services been using them for many years

Considering we are not even 2 months into school and my son is on his THIRD driver (special transportation) with NO communication from Howard's when the driver is changing, no heads up. Considering my child is on here because of his anxieties and the fact that it's small and only a few people. The lack of communication and disregard for the parents and the kids is really rude. Thankfully my sons old driver texted me to give me a heads up or else we never would have known. Not to mention the fact that it's always super late, in turn making every single one of the kids in the van then late for school. The only reason it's getting 2 stars, is because the drivers thus far are polite and kind to my child, and I know it's not their fault.

We requested a bus to bring our friends and friends to Mallorytown and back to Brockville for our wedding. The staff that helped us set up our reservation and the driver were very professional and were a huge help to us and our guests. The prices were very affordable. The driver was especially helpful, as there was a downpour and he helped our guests on and off the bus. I would definitely recommend Howard Bus Services to anyone looking for a services for pick up and drop off of a large number of guests in Eastern Ontario.

A good place to plan a vacation

Having recently used Howard Airport Service it was spot on. We call from Rome, Italy on the August long weekend for a Monday PM pickup with two bicycles (in boxes). Everything went as planned. The driver was on time, friendly and very helpful with all our luggage. Unfortunately the driver had to wait 1.5 hours for us to clear Durval. He started making call to insure he didn’t miss us. Just very exceptional service from Howard and staff. Thank-you

WORST BUSINESS OWNER! One of his bus drivers hit my car and drove off with children on the bus. The owner, Dale has yet to return my call and its going on two weeks. There was minimal damage, however Dale was not one bit concerned on how I was or the children on the bus were after the accident. He took my name and number and said would call me back. . .well I am still waiting. I have called 3 times and when I call in they laugh, completely unprofessional! Our neighbours have put in several complaints as the bus drivers drive too fast down our dirt road, and there are small children at play and dogs and Howards response to the complaint is well everyone has dogs
