Getting my hair cut short always made me anxious. I reached out to Kayla on her Instagram account to see if she can help me find the right cut that suits me. Gave her some inspiration photos and she worked magic on my hair! I've never felt so happy cutting my hair short. I loved how she took her time making sure that what I wanted was met. Thanks Kayla!

Whether it’s a platinum bleach out, some fun pink streaks, or making my natural tones pop with some foils she nails it every time with both color and cut. Amanda is a master of her craft! I've been her client for 2 years and have loved my hair so much ever since. Sienna is AMAZING! Normally I always do a blunt cut since I’ve never had a great experience with other salons but Sienna gave me the bangs/layering of my dreams. She is such a gem and so great at what she does I have never left a salon happier!! My hair has not looked this good in years so I will absolutely be back!

I’ve been going to Leah for years and she is an amazing stylist, she is currently off right now and I needed my hair done so i booked in with Colton. He did a fabulous job on my hair. I am a hair stylist myself, so I am very picky, he was super patient and was able to give me exactly what I asked for. I saw Si doing a client’s hair during my appointment and she did a fabulous job as well, I have spent a good amount of time at Realm and can honestly say that I would be comfortable with being booked in with any of the stylists they have on the floor, they all have phenomenal talent and all uphold a certain standard of skill and service that the owner expects from her team of employees.

Si is the most talented hairstylist I have ever met! Her work is absolutely impeccable every time, go to her if you want perfect hair. The salon is very beautiful and comfortable as well.

Just be careful at this salon! They post on Instagram but only the best outcomes. I went in with light blonde hilites needing my roots done and Si put hi lift hair dye on my roots. She didn’t want to use bleach and toner which is standard for dark brunette hair. I have a problem if they leave the toner on too long(usually happens with stylists not trained well enough in colour because plenty of people have done it properly)My roots turned darker & darker as the color oxidized that afternoon.I still have dark roots exactly like I went in after spending $290 + tip so $330. (And you can’t slide through “fine hair” on the sides with the inside of the scissors. My hair is all frizz there now & it’s a different length on each side.) When I phoned I could only get a consultation appt. a week later then how long to get in to get it fixed? And I’m not confident she can fix it if she couldn’t do bleach hilites & toner to begin with. When I phoned today- Wed, to cancel all my appointments there is no one on the phone or answering messages or voicemails. I have decided to get it fixed somewhere else as I can’t walk around with my hair looking like this for that long- it will be at least two weeks which is unacceptable. It’s too bad because although I was the ONLY client on a Friday, the salon has a nice atmosphere. and the receptionist is an amazing person and organized. I liked the stylist personally but that doesn’t help when my hair does not turn out..(EDIT):cost to do my roots: $330 + $240 for redo. So avoid paying twice by needing a redo. I read on Facebook this used to be Pepperhaus But, the stylist I had here moved with 2 friends to this salon all at the same time from Hammerheadz Salon. so you really are going to 3 Hammerheadz stylists in a new building LOL (since someone wrote she has been going there for a long time & they were all good how would she know if they’ve been there a short while?)
