Meka is our first dog we have had groomed. She is a rescue and she was terrified when I took her in to a place just for her nails, so it was very important I find a skilled and patient groomer. Robin was so patient with Meka and even more patient with us, as we had no idea what we were looking for in a cut. Meka was terrified at first, but she just had her 3rd groom and she is doing so much better! The cut is amazing! Exactly what we were looking for and Robin nailed it! The fact that she comes right to our door is the biggest bonus as I dont have to leave Meka somewhere. I highly recommend Robin.

Robyn and her mobile pet spa services are top tier! Not only is she a fantastic groomer, but she is also passionate about animal well-fair and understands dog body language, temperament, and how to groom them with care and love. She arrived at our home right on time and provided excellent service. Our dogs came out looking clean and happy! Thanks again, Robyn! We will definitely be booking again.

Robin came to my house and groomed my senior disabled little dog. She was kind, gentle, patient and did an amazing job. I could not recommend her service more! Excellent work!!!!!!

Robin is very friendly and treats my pups so good. They’re happy and I’m happy. It doesn’t hurt that they don’t have to leave home...she parks right outside the door. Did I mention she does a great job!

Robyn is the best groomer I have ever had. She is incredible with my senior dog. (15 year old cocker spaniel). She is efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and absolutley understands my dogs needs. We are so thankful to have her as our groomer.

I had Robin groom a friend's dog while visiting them on Vancouver Island... she is amazing. Caring, competent and very nice to deal with. She does social distancing very well. By the way, I looked into the unkind review below. This woman is a groomer that has a personal problem with Robin and the claim made is actually untrue. THAT'S what I call unprofessional. I haven't used the service but this was my experience:Emailed to find out cost for nail cutting for my pup and got a very short email back asking the breed, then told how much a full grooming was. Then had to ask again about nail cutting. They didn't read my first email and communication was very unfriendly feeling.

We just had our 1st appointment with Robin. She was kind and patient. I have 2 senior boys… 1 who hates to have his feet touched and has severe anxiety about it and the other who was a giant fluffy mess as I kept getting the run around or no contact from my usually groomer.Robin cut my anxious boys nails and for the first time ever he was calm and relaxed during the whole process… she was very considerate and made sure my boy felt safe and loved.She is a major groom, blow out and coat recovery on my other boy and he looks like a whole new dog.I highly recommended Robin. You won’t find a better groomer, or more caring compassionate person out there!Already booked my next visit

Our 2 dogs first experience with serendipity; highly highly recommend, very reasonably priced and outstanding service that comes to your home. She genuinely enjoys her work and is so good with dogs--very happy and handsome hounds after her visit!!

Robyn did an awesome job. As a newcomer to Nanaimo I have found my permanent dog groomer. Robyn was efficient & friendly & I highly recommend her services :)
