Staffs are nice and helpful. Small issues of my Macbook, went there separately two times, they were good. My MacBook is not good enough. lol

The staff were very polite and happy to help — they fixed my iPhone screen in no time and for a very reasonable price. Fast, cheap, and reliable. I highly suggest them if you have any product in need of a repair!

Recently had to service my phone because of a defect and found Accurate Technologies Ltd. In Ajax (close to home). From the moment I scheduled an appointment to when I picked up my phone I received amazing service. I was able to make an appointment quickly and when I arrived the staff were friendly and informative. I was advised of the steps and time it would involve and they were true to their word. My phone was fixed and I was able to be in and out in good time. I was offered additional supports if required and found the staff to be genuine and sincere. The store is also clean, spacious and easy to find. I would recommend them for service -5 stars!!!

I had to transfer files from a damaged imac to an external drive. Accurate Technologies successfully transferred the files in a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fee for this service was reasonable. Excellent first time visit for me.

Can I give six stars?They were quick, professional, polite, informative...The repair that Apple said would take 10 days took three hours once they had the part in, and the computer is as good as new.

Excellent service provided by this Authorized Apple Retailer. I had to call 7 other companies prior to talking to them. If you want to save time, call them first. Their turnaround time was better than anyone else. They knew I needed my laptop asap so they did their best to have it done as quick as possible. I highly recommend them for your Apple tech needs!

The absolute BEST service! Quick, reliable and friendly, these guys know their stuff. I have bought computers and accessories from them and never had a problem. When I had an issue with an Apple computer, they went to bat for me and made sure that Apple fixed or replaced for free.
