I started working with Kickstartology after I'd rounded out one year of an entrepreneurial business and realized that I needed help in figuring out how to take it to the next level. Steph and Nadine have helped me define my goals, work with ambiguity, manage the stress and anxiety that comes with the great unknown and find a path to success that is uniquely mine. Connecting with other amazing women entrepreneurs has been a wonderful benefit of the program for me, (although the program is so much more than just for entrepreneurs) hearing about the success of others has been a great motivator. Every time I attend one of the Kickstartology group sessions, I learn about another tool that I can use to help me break through my own limiting beliefs. Since working with Stephanie and Nadine the last few months, I have broken free of the trying to try loop, have gotten more clarity on my vision and have made great progress in implementing changes and improving my life for the better. My habits are aligned with my goals, I have learned to question my limiting beliefs and improve my thoughts. Kickstartology helped me to refocus on priorities so I could achieve goals. I'm typically a very resourceful person but the lockdown was so demotivating I found it hard to stay focused. Through the process I was able to identify a way to solve my own challenges and implement a plan of action. Today I'm feeling much more productive and getting things done. When I started in the Kickstartology program I was tired. I joined because I knew I wanted to grow my company and had lots of success driven goals, and tireless ambition, but it felt impossible to do what I wanted to do alongside of parenting, finalizing a divorce, and navigating a pandemic as a small business owner.The week I ended the coaching program I leased my dream car. Getting a shiny new car was never a topline goal, but it was an unintended bonus of reaching the business milestones I thought were in some distant future, if ever. I'm dating with a more open heart and willingness to be vulnerable and accept love, I have not one but three new locations on the horizon, and I completely sold out my summer roaster, nailing cash flow positivity in my first month after 8 months fo lockdown. I achieved these things because I stuck to the program, one that helped me understand who I am and where I can get stuck. And while I had moments of toddler-like meltdowns, in general it wasn't too difficult.To be very clear, in six months, I went from- A story of myself as a broke single mother with a long list of divorce trauma- $0 revenue small business in a hopeless, lockdown state- A tired body struggling to restto- a profitable growing company that in the first month reopening after lockdown achived paying myself, debt, investors and all expenses and leaving me with a monthly net profit- a new red car I can comfortably and easily afford- a strong and rested body

Stephanie's coaching was worth far, far more to me than the money I paid for it.
