Magnificent view! What a place to enjoy your dinner with loved ones.Our waitress is very friendly and she provides a great service! However, the food here is only ok, pork chop is over cooked.

Slow service, the food was decent and the waiter was nice. The options were super limited, it’s fine dining so if you’re not into experimenting probably notthe spot for you. The drinks were expensive and watered down. But the atmosphere was great as your at a high point in the mountain. We were entertained by the views, if you can get a seat by the window take it.

Sky Bistro was one of the best parts of Banff. The restaurant is gorgeous inside and the views are breathtaking. Our server Dante was fantastic and made the experience that much better. We tried the specialty cocktail (Jackquiri) and it was great. Also ordered the strawberry burrata, Bison sirloin and chicken and all were a testament to the quality of the restaurant. Lastly, the views on the gondola ride up and down just make for a 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend!

Food was great! The views were amazing, and service was fine but overall this is an amazing place to eat in if you are visiting the gondola. Adds to the experience and we enjoyed the food and drinks!

What a treat! We showed up late afternoon without a booking and Georgia kindly guided us to a beautiful table by the windows with a stunning view. Luke was our server and was super polite, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. He proceed to suggest and deliver a fantastic meal and experience. We had the corn ravioli and the orange blossom for dessert. Both were very well balanced and, in my opinion, fairly priced for where we were and the quality. There was also a featured drink they served which was really special. Once in a lifetime feel and truly a pleasure to the palate.

The food is delicious and the view is absolutely unbelievable! If you are going up the gondola in the morning, then I highly recommend this place for lunch. It is wheelchair & kid friendly (with highchairs available). When you are booking gondola tickets, they sometimes have a package deal for tickets & dining at the restaurant - so be sure to check that out!

Absolutely stunning views! The food was delicious- we had the bison and ravioli. Great wine selection too! Our server, Morgan had great recommendations as well and really made our experience special!

The food was really good, we had the salmon and the bison. The Salmons butter garlic sauce was delicious! The drinks were great too. Make sure you get the smoked old fashion! I would go again just for that. Our service was great too, Dante was our server and he was funny and nice. We want to go again as soon as possible.

Unbeatable atmosphere and location. Let's face it, that's why you're really eating here. That alone is worth the price of admission, as they say. Try to get window seating for maximum impact. Would advice to reserve in advance during peak season, just in case.Among the food, I would highly suggest the Chicken & Waffle, nicely crispy without much grease. The pulled Bison bun was decent, although I wish there was a worthy sauce accompanying it. Clam chowder was just ok, not bad.Overall I would suggest going just for the experience!

If you're looking for a unique dining experience in Banff, look no further than Sky bistro restaurant. The place is bright and well spaced tables with a spectacular view.The food was great. The menu is excellent. Special attention is given to the details.
