I have had an amazing experience with this company, specifically with Suzet. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. She is an absolute delight to be around and I always leave the office with a smile on my face. I'm really happy with everything and would definitely recommend them.

I lived at the 670 Parliament Street property of Medallion and was helped by their leasing agent Suzet Mathews. Right from the apartment showings to submitting application and signing the lease Suzet guided me through it and made the entire process very smooth. She is very personable, professional and probably one of the best person's in the Medallion office.The buildings are well maintained and clean. The superintendent attends to request in timely fashion. All in all I had a very pleasant stay at this building.

Suzet is exceptional as a Leasing Consultant at Rose Park rental Office. She is very professional and reliable, I always leave the office with a smile on my face. I'm really happy with service and would definitely recommend them.

If you’re interested in renting at one of these properties, take this as your sign to do it. Not only is Medallion the best property management but the team at 99 Howard are an incredible group of people. Suzet, the leasing consultant, is truly the most helpful woman and such a joy to be around. She made the application process so easy. She is hyper responsive to any and all questions and has been a great resource for welcoming me into the neighbourhood. The staff have been amazing and go out of their way to help you - from the janitorial staff to the superintendent to the office staff. You absolutely can’t go wrong renting one of these units. And these units are bigger than many being built today so you’re getting your worth all the way around. Give Suzet a call and I can assure you that you’ll want to rent.

After visiting the apartment, the rental team helped with the application and approval immediately, there were zero delays! I thoroughly enjoyed the informative, thorough and prompt service provided by the rental agent, Suzet. She was extremely helpful and very attentive! My interactions with the super of the building as well were very positive, he was helpful and accommodating when i had to move in on a weekend! All in all it was an excellent experience.

I had a terrible experience attempting to rent an apartment in this building. The apartments I was shown were in bad condition but they were well priced. I provided all the necessary documentation on the 6th of August as there was a great promotion of two free months at the time. I did not get another reply from their leasing consultant until the 17th telling me that the promotion ended on the 16th and since they had not approved me yet, it no longer applied. It was clearly a way of generating interest without providing any real benefit. Would not recommend this building.

This is a beautiful place with a friendly and responsive management. Suzet, the leasing consultant and the go to person for the tenants is extremely cooperative and prompt with her responses and actions. There is a building superintendent who is available within minutes of raising a maintenance service request. The laundry room is also well equipped. Neatly maintained place.

LITERALLY the worst apartment company ever. Where do I begin? When I moved in I had an issue with the cabinet doors constantly falling off. When I wrote up a service repair request I had to follow up 3 MONTHS LATER for anything to get done. Everything in the apartment is old and dusty; absolutely not worth the extremely high rent.Throughout the pandemic I had some family issues and needed to leave without the 60 days notice. I kindly asked the 60 days to be waived but this request was denied. Though I do understand their reasoning behind this request being denied they were greedy and unprofessional. Management knew I was not living in my unit for the 2 months, and they would illegally enter my unit and leave dangerous garbage (huge rusted metal sheets) in my unit. When I send a strongly worded email their response was basically that they didn't care and that if I wanted to report them to LTB then to do it.The only thing good about that apartment is maybe the location and Suzet. Could not be happier to leave that place.

I enjoyed living here for the past 4 years,the management are amazing, sweet, and reasonable professionals. Be at the office and you’re sure to get A service from Suzet and staff. She will also ensure the process to join the Medallion family is done efficiently!Thanks a bunch for helping my move out and keeping me updated!
