Dr. Ashlin Alexander | Facial Cosmetic Surgeon

A month ago I was lucky enough to have my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Alexander, and I am so incredibly pleased with the result!! I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for many years due to both breathing and aesthetic concerns, and like many others I looked up dozens and dozens of Doctors looking for the right fit. I had a great feeling right from the initial consultation that Dr. Alexander understood what I was asking for and knew the direction that we should go. When I went for my in-person consultation, I was further convinced that I had made the right choice - it was all about creating a result that would work for *my* face, and address *my* specific concerns, not about giving me a cookie cutter result.The surgery went very well and afterwards I had very minimal bruising and swelling - overall a very easy recovery. The FACE team who worked with me on the day of the surgery were so helpful and lovely, and overall it was a wonderful clinic experience! When I went in for my cast removal a week later I wasn't sure what to expect, but when the cast came off and I looked in the mirror I was amazed - it was like my ideal nose had been taken off of a photograph and literally transposed onto my own face. I truly couldn't believe it! They honestly should have filmed my reaction.Along with the rhinoplasty, Dr. Alexander performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction to address my deviated septum and breathing issues. I went from constantly having to hold my nostrils open to get a deep breath through my nose and using breathe right strips all the time, to being able to breathe perfectly. For those who struggle with breathing issues, it truly can't be put into words how much of a difference this makes in your life. I feel incredibly privileged to have had this fixed.In sum, Dr. Alexander and his entire team (especially Jonathan and Amanda who I worked with the most) were a joy to work with - always incredibly personable and professional, and very prompt in answering questions and concerns. My rhinoplasty has made such a positive difference in my life, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. The only regret I have about this experience is that I didn't do it sooner. To Dr. Alexander and team - thank you all so much!

I had a septorhinoplasty done by Dr. Alexander a few months ago. This was in part performed to correct my breathing, but also to address some longstanding insecurities that I had regarding the appearance of my nose. It was important for me to find a surgeon with a wealth of experience performing male rhinoplasties, and let me tell you, if you’re a man who is considering getting this procedure done, then Dr. Alexander is definitely the surgeon you want to see. He is as talented as he is personable, going the extra mile to ensure that you get an amazing yet natural looking result while answering all your questions along the way with limitless patience and care. The same can be said of his entire team, as all of the staff, from the front desk to the OR nurses to the anesthesiologist, have been nothing but supportive and a delight to interact with. I am thrilled with both how much easier I now breathe and how much better I feel about my appearance, and I can’t thank Dr. Alexander and his team enough for everything they have done for me and still continue to do. To anyone considering booking a consultation with Dr. Alexander, do it. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his entire team to anyone!

It has just been over two weeks since my rhinoplasty, and I already love my results. I had no bruising and my swelling went down very quickly. Dr. Alexander is incredibly talented. My results already look super natural, and my nose looks more balanced with the rest of my facial features. The rest of the staff have also been amazing to work with. If your looking for a talented rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. Alexander is an excellent choice.

I had issues with my nose my entire life and for the longest time, I thought the discomfort and the issues were something I had to accept and live with.I consulted with various specialists over the years but each time I had concerns and reservations about the solutions they proposed. Considering it's my face - I was never willing to accept any risks.A little while ago I was referred to Dr. Alexander, and everything felt right. From the very first interaction with his staff to the post-operation check-up. I always felt like everything was under professional care and control.I can't stop telling my friends and family about the op. day and how well everything went.As I'm writing this review I am still in recovery but I already breathe much easier and better than I could my entire life and visually everything looks as it was always supposed to be that way, just natural.Dr. Alexander is the best doctor and professional I ever interacted with and if you are in the market for his services, I strongly recommend you consider him. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Alexander at the end of March. I’m currently 3 weeks post op and so so happy with my results!! He did such an amazing job and I’m already happy with my nose even though I still have a year for swelling to go down. I took the MEND supplement that he sells and I barely bruised after surgery. I definitely recommend Dr. Alexander, his team is amazing as well!!

I have been seeing Dr. Alexander since 2019 for injectable treatments, I am thrilled with the results each and every time! Dr. Alexander takes a more conservative approach when it comes to filler, giving beautifully natural results.Recently I have embarked on an Upper Blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Alexander as I had felt my eyelids were aging faster than the rest of me. I am 2 months Post Op and could not be more happy with the results! The recovery was short, smooth, and virtually pain free! I am 2 weeks post-op and love looking at the new shape of my nose! Dr. Alexander was very down-to-earth and understood what I was asking for, he set realistic expectations for me, which I appreciated. I requested conservative results (my nose but more refined) and I'm very happy to say I can still see me in the mirror. The team was great with answering the phone and my emails as well!

I've had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Ashlin Alexander and his team. He really helped me feel more confident, and comfortable in my own skin which is something I've struggled with my whole life. He is kind, understanding and professional - and a breath of fresh air compared to my prior experience at another clinic with a different surgeon. My initial rhinoplasty (with another surgeon) was botched, I had a V shape deformity, nostrils of different size, and a nose that curved one way.
