Absolutely hands down an amazing experience!! The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable about my dental concerns and assisted me with my dental insurance claims! So thankful for everything all of you have done for me!! Very much appreciated. I will be back again, hopefully just for check ups and no more dental pain!!! Thank you again to all that helped me!!!

I would love to give them better score since there was few nice people but unfortunately, my experience wasn't the good one.It was my first visit and they couldn't deal with my insurance so I had to pay them out of my own pocket and later I realized they made the claim and my insurance has paid them too.It was so much headache going through insurance customer service and explain the situation.I understand that mistakes could happen but the front desk lady definitely need to work on her customer service skills.

I went to Wall Street Dental because I had an emergent issue and could not be seen by my regular dentist in time. I had a consultation with Dr. Roshan and subsequent booked a cleaning and follow-up appoint for a procedure that had to be performed by a regular dentist (at Wall Centre). I had been previously treated by a periodontist and was referred to an endodontist by my perio. Upon learning that I was also seeing medical specialists for ongoing issues the receptionist at Wall Centre informed my that I could either stop seeing the specialists for my specialized issues or Wall Centre would cancel all of my appointments (including the cleaning, which is performed by a hygienist, not a specialist). In other words, I would have to bring all of my business to Wall Centre or they would not provide me with basic dental care. When I told the receptionist that I would feel safer seeing the endodontist that I had been referred to see, the receptionist cancelled my appointments, including my cleaning (note that endodontists do not clean teeth, so the appointment was unrelated). This is incredibly unscrupulous behaviour. I understand that dentistry is private medicine and blurs the line between business and medical care, but if a patient has a referral to see a specialist they should be allowed and not punished for not giving all of their business" to one company. Wall Street truly prioritizes money over medical care. Beware! In response to the owner's response below: It is absolutely untrue that the cancelled appointment(s) were due to waiting to consult with a specialist. I would like to stress that I was also scheduled for a basic cleaning (with a hygienist) and that my cleaning was also cancelled."

We forgot our retainer on the way to a cruise departing Vancouver. They made us a permanent retainer in under 45 minutes and saved us! Amazing staff and dentist. Highly recommend for any need you have. Professional and friendly

I’ve been a patient of Dr Wong’s for many years. Dr Wong is so personable, accommodating and thorough. His examination skills are fantastic, he’s caught issues many other dentists I’ve had never caught. The hygienists are very attentive to detail and the clinic is high tech and extremely clean.

Few honest reasons for one star. First of all VERY unprofessional receptionist. Literally they are laughing into your face when you don't understand something. This made me feel very bad. They don't realize we (customers) spend there 300$ or more for the service, and they don't realize there are MANY dentist offices in Vancouver!Second, you need to be very lucky to get good service. For now, I've been there at least 15 times, only one employee did a good job, other ones average. Not the best place to go, if you consider, that you will be paying huge amount of money; you will not get the best service for that money. So better find a place where you will get EXCELLENT service. At the end, this is what you should get, if paying so much money. I've been very honest!

I wasn't happy with my old dentist but I'm very pleased to have found Wall Centre Dental instead. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They did a much more thorough check up and clean than I've had at previous places. And the whole team worked together like a well oiled machine. I was genuinely really impressed with my visit.

I’m not sure about the other reviews, but the lady at front desk remembered me from 2018, which was nice since I don’t have to repeat my name, or why I’m there. Good service and lovely staff. Very informative, patient, and ready to explain any issues in great detail for any questions you may have.Update: I just had an oral surgery with IV sedation. It was a pleasant experience, most of which I did not remember. No pain was felt. The dental assistant made sure to take me to aunts car, and took care of me, making sure my cellphone is in my bag and things are safely put away. They will accommodate you for any needs you may have, you are in good hands. I really appreciated that service, would recommend to anyone who is scared of IV oral surgery like I was. You will just feel drowsy and slightly heavy arms and legs. Nothing scary.

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review because as a health professional myself, I understand how the industry works. However, I had an appointment here back in May. During that time Dr.Wong did 3 fillings. He injected me 4 times with anaesthetic because I wasn’t freezing (haven’t had this problem before). During the filling, a large tool was used to prop my mouth open and to suction the water. The tool was too big for my mouth and I choked 4 times during the filling. 2 weeks later i start to get extreme TMJ pain. I have spent over $600 in physio appointments in the last month to fix the TMJ pain caused by the dental procedure. Next week i will be paying 10$/unit of botox for my TMJ pain which will be about $600-900 out of pocket.I went for a follow-up today with Dr. Wong because i have been having tooth pain in the filling he did, on top of my TMJ pain. The clinic told me on the phone that it would be a free follow-up.He took two x-rays and did some tests, it is referred pain from elsewhere so my teeth are ok even though i have pain everyday…At the end the reception meets me with a bill for the appointment. I told them it was supposed to be a free appointment. Turns out it’s not. Costed $70.40, see the pic below.Really disappointed that patient care and integrity do not matter anymore in the dentistry system and it’s all just for profit…
