I really liked my workouts at APEX VSL. It was my first experience in learning martial arts and I loved it.Very competent and attentive coaches.

Best martial arts gym, great coaches, love the classes! But ouf! That’s a real workout! Also people are so nice and welcoming! :)

By far the best classes in Montreal. The trainers are extremely competent, kind and understanding. They push you to give your 100% each class. They take you as you are, no judging and always great advices. I highly recommend!

In Dec 2016 I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic at the age of 30.My health was spiraling out of control and I kept telling myself everything was fine when it obviously wasn't. I couldn't even do 5 push ups in a row.I was frustrated, felt useless and out of shape.I decided to do something drastic and out of character, I signed up for combat sports.The Apex family was immediately warm and welcoming. Zero judgement and zero ego. Just kindness and support. They encouraged me when I was hurting, and pushed me when I was lazy. It was the opposite of almost every other gym experience I ever had.Almost one year later, I can do over 30 push ups in one go. I feel accomplished, capable to defend myself, and in the best shape I've been since I was in my teens.If you want to put the work in, you can do it, and they can help you. First trial seemed friendly. Son loved it but needs air freshners all over especially near shoes.

My son joined August 2019 to help with dealing with bullying and have a strong foundation in self confidence. He has changed and always excited to go for his training.In September 2019 I joined and since than I lost 20lbs and getting healthier by the day.Thank you to all the staff.

Authentic, fun striking taught by devoted coaches, Ryan and Elliot. These guys don't just teach, they test themselves by competing several times a year. They set the tone for the entire gym.
