Excellent instructors and training partners.I come from a martial arts background with over 15 years of experience. This is no McDojo (where you pay $X and get a blackbelt in 2 months).The instructors are very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Great training and workout for all ages and all skill-level! Highly recommend.

The space is kept clean and tidy and thorough rules regarding COVID are clear and enforced. Lessons are challenging and rewarding, the coaches make training fun and are very knowledgeable.A great space to learn martial arts from excellent coaches.

Dan is a great instructor and trainer for both kids and adults. He is extremely knowledgeable in numerous martial arts disciplines but more importantly he is patient and able to break down techniques so they are easily understandable. Keep up the great work Coach Dan! =)
