The store clerk did not tell me anything about the rear cam or explain how to work the insurance cover. The van was parked between two other vehicles and behind it was a tree and too many garbage bags. I did hit van's back window in this tree. You guys charged me besides the insurance fee of more than $150 and don't consider the situation. I recorded the place and took pictures but nobody cared about it. Never more I will rent any vehicle with U-Haul and always possible I will not recommend your service.

Poor service. Somebody needs to crack down hard on uhaul's monopoly! DISAPPOINTING SERVICE IS AN EXTREME UNDERSTATEMENT!

Terrible experience. I expected much better out of uHaul, but apparently this is how they do business and how they allow others to represent their business and brand. I will never be back and am taking my complaint to uHaul head office. Do not book here.

Worst! They gave me the gas tank, not in 1/3 but in 1/2, I didn't take pictures, I didn't have any evidence and they overcharged me. I'm disappointed.

Men at the corner store was very short speech therapy rude and ignorant. More concerned about closing in five minutes when my watch showed they weren't supposed to close for another 15.Was getting agitated when my mom was asking him questions about the gas mileage and trip and insisted receipt would be emailed to her and that he couldn't help.
