We contacted Simplibuy about an urgent order we needed as our other vendor would not supply what we had requested to our clinic leaving us in a scramble to obtain the blood collection supplies we needed.Keya, the customer service representative went above and beyond to help us with our order. We found Keya and Simplibuy by chance, browsing the net. Prices looked very good. Right after the first order, Keya called to guide properly regarding ordering of certain products. We found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The products arrived next day as promised. Earlier, we used to order from different vendors, at higher prices. Now we have found a one-stop shop for our clinic requirements, and do not need to worry about quality or prices as they are quite competitive.
