My trailer pigtail broke on way home to Vancouver. With no lights and a trip from Merritt to home, I sure did not want to drive without brakes/tail lights.While driving through Merritt looking for any shop open after hours, I spotted a Mario’s Tow rig at Super Save.Mario operator John D. jumped into action and repaired the pigtail in a matter of a few minutes.For epic service, please call and ask for John!Great young fella!

Super great service took only twenty minutes to come get us had a really friendly driver Derrik was over the top excellent for service we don’t live here so it was already stressful breaking down Mario’s made it easy and fixed.

Friendly, efficient, and safe are the three words I would use to describe my experience with Mario’s Merritt Towing. We just started out on a road trip and we were heading up the coquihalla when the engine in our Jeep finally tapped out. We slowly came to a stop on the side of the road and looked for a tow truck to call and we found Mario’s. Before long at all the tow truck was there and loaded the Jeep up onto the truck. We got taken right to a Jeep dealership and parked it for the final time. Thanks to Merritt Towing we are happily and safely continuing our trip. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you end up in a similar situation.

Absolutely horrible towing company my friend got his car towed and that night the car got broken into and over 4k worth of belongings gone and they refuse to help him and hang up or ignore him in person they Absolutely refuse to serve a customer after taking your money

Yohan and his co-worker from Mario's Towing saved our road trip!!We woke up at Bob's lake rec site off the summit of the connector with a dead battery. Mario's was there with two big wreckers doing a recovery of a large RV near by. They went outta their way to give us a charge and jump to get the truck running again. And then they hauled out the large RV. Great work x 2 Mario's. 5 stars.

Total scumbags. More interested in appearing on TV than providing customer service. Avoid like the plagueTo clarify, wanted to book heavy wrecker in advance to pull 2 heavy loads from Hwy8 sites, ..Marios tried to put a 5000.00 pre auth onto our credit card. Fraud alert from bank came thru and we cancelled them. Wouldn't return phone calls or emails.In regards to your reply,I have dates and times of the call and the name of the towing company that did show up. The only scam is Marios. Our number is in the book if you wanna call and discuss this..This is a case of PUT UP OR SHUT UP..

We ended up needing towing out as two of our tires ended in a small ditch. We had called reliable towing who had told us they would tow us and took all information. After waiting 2 HOURS in the cold (we couldn’t sit in the car) they called back and CANCELLED saying they would not pick us up because we weren’t on the highway. Although we were 1km on a paved road directly off the highway. At this point the sun had set we were freezing and I found Mario’s Merritt Towing.I called Mario’s Merritt Towing who promptly took our info and had a tow truck come within the hour. It took 5 minutes to pull our car out and we were so thankful! Do NOT use reliable towing - call MARIOS merritt towing. Such a better experience!

When my transmission died just outside Merritt, Rusty was there to save the day, but twice!! When we needed to get towed from Merritt to Kamloops for a new transmission, Rusty came back for us again, but with a flatbed, and got us safely to the right shop. Dispatcher was super kind and empathetic as well. Made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you!

Mario towing saves Boxing day!!! Van was spun outta of control and stuck into giant snow bank on side of highway in middle of no where. BCAA was going to be over 4 hours . Derrick saw us from other side of highway, turned around (which was out of way and not his issue) for 70$ he hooked us up and ripped us right out. Within 45 mins of being stranded we were back in our way!!!! HUGE THANKS. ****PS Reliable towing we had gotten through too as well and they were going charge us 524$! Mario towing you are awesome and Derrick you saved the day!!!! Thank you. I know Mario towing was extremely busy as I was currently on hold with anyhow for over 20 mins when Derrick went out of his way to assist!! Happy New year!!!

We waited for a different company for 3hrs, phoned this service they took 20mins to get to us. We had Derrik help us out, he was absolutely fabulous and efficient.
