Great selection, excellent prices, no pressure sales and outstanding service! I went to several tile showrooms, looking for quality tile that would look great with our new hardwood. The hardwood is an unusual colour and we had a really difficult time choosing a tile colour to match, and to find something that family members liked and agreed on, which meant taking several samples home, and going back and forth before finally finding THE ONE, at an affordable price.This is where Tile & Stone Factory really came through for us. A friend recommended them to us, and from the moment we walked in the door I really enjoyed the more casual environment, not like some of the very posh and fancy showrooms where you can only view one sample, and you know that you are paying for the cost of these fancy showrooms when you purchase your tile. At Tile & Stone Factory they have a lot of tile to choose from that you can see more than one sample at a time and a wide range of pricing. The staff is friendly and helpful but do not pressure you.In particular I would like to thank Gary Sarwari, who provided outstanding service every step of the way. He was so patient with me and my family as we went back and forth trying different samples until we were finally able to make a decision. When we thought we wanted something that was not in stock at the store he quickly looked into bringing it in for us. When a shipment of tile came in with some damaged pieces he had the supplier replace them asap. When we ran short of tile because we had not ordered enough, and the tilers were on a tight schedule he arranged for more to be shipped immediately. He arranged for prompt delivery and recommended outstanding tile installers (see my review for Vancoast Tile and Stone).I can't recommend Gary and the team at Tile and Stone Factory Outlet highly enough. We are very happy with our tile and service and will be shopping there for all our future tiling projects.

I have shopped for all my tiles here for my condo Renovation. The employees are great and always remember you. Amanda is wonderful and she is so helpful. I wanted to find some glass tiles for my kitchen that were not the same old ones everybody else had. I found them here. They have a huge selection here that are not in any of the big box stores. My guy who renovated my place was the one who recommended this store and I will too.

Over the last 5 years we have been renovating and have purchased all our tiling supplies from Tile & Stone Factory. We have enjoyed the spacious showrooms offering tremendous selections available in all budget ranges. Throughout our multiple shopping experiences we have received excellent knowledgeable service from every staff person working there. Their experience in commercial tiling was evident when they offered their helpful guidance on how we could their successfully undertake multiple tiling projects in our renovation including kitchen, entrance and 3 bathroom projects. Having never tiled before, the time spent with us to explain what to do and which things to consider when choosing products has been so helpful and instilled in us that “we could do this”!!! One staff person in particular, Henry, went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We looked forward to each visit with him having lots of laughs together and sharing in his joy of cooking and sharing photos of his new creations…definitely a red seal calibre chef in our opinion! Henry put no pressure on us and was always in reach as we browsed. Thank you to all staff and especially to Henry. Good place to pick tiles. Store is clean and the products are nicely displayed and organized. Very good customer service. We purchased tiles from here when we did our bathroom and kitchen reno. Highly recommend this store.

Great in-stock selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are very good too and a complete range of high to low to fit any budget. My go-to tile store!

Fantastic selection of all things tile. They will spend time with you explaining all your options. They will even be your design consultant if you aren't quite sure what to buy. They have a full feature store and an outlet centre with great prices. They have a full line of Schluter products as well. Once you buy they will load your car for you.

Everything is final sale and non-refundable here, even if you haven't picked up your tiles. It kind of sucks because our contractor didn't want to install our glass tiles so we're out $225 due to the store's return policy. Other than that, the outlet has a good selection and wide variety of tiles. The layout of the store makes it easy to browse. I don't find the prices to be much cheaper than other stores. In the future I would probably buy from a store that has a better return policy though.
