I used to come here with my mom for years but it seems like the customer service level has declined significantly. The store manager- Esha- was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. She walked away while I was inquiring about a shoe for my mom who does not speak English— once I said “excuse me”, she turned back around to listen. She gave us trouble about returning a shoe my mom’s workplace said was not up to par with safety shoe regulations. I then had to remind her that the store has a 3 month return policy. She walked by us multiple times when we were looking for help and ignored us. Once we got her attention and asked for a shoe to try on, she tossed a shoebox down for my mom to grab and walked away immediately after. I had to go and ask another associate to help us after dealing with her rude attitude. Seriously, i get It if she’s having a bad day but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to take it out on customers.

Good shop with helpful staff. I had to try almost a dozen boots to find the right ones, the staff were calm and polite throughout.I just wish the store had more selection, but it's the only safety shoes this far north in the city. Great to pop in while on lunch.

Super Pleased with my experience! They helped me out with an exchange due to a manufactures defect. I will definitely be returning in the future to purchase more pairs of safety shoes. Esha was a pleasure in assisting me and I am a very happy customer!

Very impressed that they actually do care here. My Husband has a size 16 shoe which has previously been incredibly difficult to get hold of. He contacted this store and immediately every care was put into getting 2 pairs of shoes for him to try on. My husband was called immediately when they came in store and happy to say hes thrilled with his new pair of shoes. I was very impressed with the customer care and attention to detail. If you need help this is the place to go. Store inside and out is incredibly clean and has interesting displays, work wear and safety wear. Staff is on hand immediately and knew my husbands order right away. Thank you so much, it means alot!

I bought the shoes in April 2022,peeling bottom, I thought to return, there is a 6 month warranty.the manager asked me if I wanted a different product or the desame one? and he also said that maybe was given a poor class safety shoes.And i said i prefer the old one because it is light and comfortable on my foot.thanks to the manager who assisted me.
