Very disappointed in the customer service of the General Manager Mark.Had a flat tire and had a phone call with Mark about if my tire would be covered under warranty. He told me it would be and to just send him the invoice when it is all done.Having an AWD I had to replace all four tires due to the other tires being a lot older than the new tire being put on. I was okay with changing all four tires because I was under the impression I would be getting one tire covered under warranty.I could have shopped around for a better price if I knew I would be paying for all four tires at full price.After replacing the tires I sent Mark the invoice and five days later I asked him if he would be sending me a cheque for the one tire and he just responds and lets me know there is no coverage unfortunately after I spend close to $2000 on four tires. Zero apology and just lets me know he was incorrect".I would have been sitting there waiting for nothing if I did not reach out to Mark and ask about the tire.Zero follow up on the invoice I sent him. Very disappointing and now I have spent $2000 on a set of tires that I could have gotten somewhere else for a better price.My family has boughten two Subaru's from him and this is the customer service I have received."

Awesome staff, they really know how to make you feel at ease.

Customer service not the greatest. My husband picked up a part and started asking questions. Parts person didn't answer all questions THEN started helping another person when my husband wasn't done. This was done 2 times. Even the other customer agreed with my husband. Finish 1st customer 1st!

Great help from the entire team, very happy purchasing a vehicle from Maya. She was very thorough and made the process very simple. Delivered on her promises and helped secure the vehicle I was interested in.

Every Subaru should automatically come with a My Mountain Co-op and Patagonia sticker, but the staff made the buying experience very easy and pain-free.

Have been getting tire rotation here for the past couple of winter-summer seasons. Booking and wait times are usually nkt a problem. Eric at the services department has been helpful and provides me with any info if there are issues and is pretty thorough. The location also has masks and hand sanitizer.

Excellent customer service, and when there's a weird little problem with the car the guys have never given up without a fix!
