Received a cease and desist letter from Matt's lawyer over a review that was posted as it was not a favourable review. This was, of course, ignored by us as it has no legal standing. He then sent an email weeks later trying to convince us to modify the review.Originally, Matt was only willing to complete repairs after we signed a contract including some form of a Non-disclosure-agreement and agreement to remove the negative reviews. I've included a copy of the contract" Mr Matt Scott sent to us.Trying to manipulate reviews with threatening legal letters that have no merit is a shocking way to conduct business"

I do not recommend working with this company.I'll need a video of someone taking a shower"That was the line that confirmed our poorly renovated bathroom shower (in our newly purchased flipped home) which was leaking into and dripping off of the exposed wooden support beams below the bathroom

I am so impressed with how passionate Matt is about helping others down on their luck. A family friend was struggling through a nasty divorce.
