talked to someone named eric on a chat who told me they didnt have a location in brossard, even though google clearly states that they have one. It was only once i gave them the address that they said oh they do. they then said the price for under 17 years old is 110. and over 65 its covered by the RAMQ. but when i asked him if it was older than 17 yrs old he said it was still 110. so then you charge the same price whether your a child to 65 years old is 110. might as well say that. not helpful at all

Drove half an hour on a Sunday because ot says they are open on their website. They are open but with an appointment only. This would have been nice to know on the site not a hand written note on the door. Poor service.

Terrible service! The old lady at the reception was on the phone and as I patiently waited for her to get off the phone before asking my question she says “yes what would you like”I asked for my prescription with distance and she just said no with no explanation and then just ignored me and just started speaking to whoever she was on the phone with. Very rude. Never going back.#lostacustomer
