We had an issue with a recently purchased Rat Zapper, made by Victor. Anyway, new out of the box, it would signal that a rat had been caught and deactivate...even while sitting at the table! So, a faulty electronic product and due to COVD-19, the Victor rep has not been by. Top Shelf Feeds exchanged the electronic trap today and even offered a refund, if I chose that option. I took a new trap home and will try it again and if it does not function properly, they have agreed to refund my money. I am pleased withtheir response and I will continue to support and recommend this local business. Faulty products do occur and the sign of a good business, is their attempt to support the customer. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. We get supplies for our quail and our guinea pigs here, as well as our wild bird seed. They also carry gift items!

Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Answered all our questions, even the most basic ones. We are new to having chickens, and they have been amazing through the whole process. From feed to products for our chickens they have a lot crammed into that cute little shop. This is now our go to shop for all our animals needs.
