He spent sometime sitting down with me drawing out diagrams of my house setup on exactly how to remove my stove and how to install a new on in a different location. Then we booked him in once installed to verify our work. Super friendly and highly recommended and appreciated his service!

I had Kevin do a Wett inspection at a home I wanted to purchase. He was very professional and thorough, and I agreed with his finding: the wood stove wasn't usable and a few other issues existed. I had him remove the stove and he did a great job of that too. Months later, I contacted Kevin to purchase a new stove and had him install it. He did an excellent job and fixed all the original problems so I feel safe having a wood stove in my home. At the beginning of the cold weather season, Kevin came to my home even though I live more than an hour out of his way. He offered to show me how to properly use my new stove as I was a first time user of a stove with a catalytic combustor. I highly recommend Kevin for wood stove inspections, purchases and installations because not only is he very knowledge, he is very professional and most pleasant to deal with. We received Kevin’s name from a local wood stove store. We contacted him to set up an appointment to install a new wood stove. He was very kind and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, always on time for our appointments and did a great job of the installation. Would happily use his services again.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. Called Kevin up looking for some information to see if I could get a used wood stove installed. Immediately he seemed appalled I even asked him and said he wouldn't do it. So I then asked him what he recommended and if he had any advice. He then became very pushy about a certain stove which was a bit out of my budget. Again wanting some information, I tried to ask if there was a anything similar that's a bit cheaper, but he was persistent of that's the only one he would install. After a couple days, I finally gave in and told him I install the more expensive stove that was out of my budget. His response to me was that he had no time and didn't want my business. So then I went to his other competitor and got a cheaper wood stove installed with way better service. I would not recommend doing business with this guy.
