I’ve know Pat from our first year together in Kinesiology. He was doing personal training and involved in health and performance way before this though. Knowing Pat this long i can say he definitely practices what he preaches as any of his clients can tell you. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants to get more knowledgeable about fitness and health or get meaningful and lasting results!

Patrick is an exceptional trainer/coach. In the group fitness classes I took with him, he made them fun and challenging at the same time. He is very knowledgeable on how the body works so he's very good in ensuring you're performing the correct technique. He is also very effective in adapting the training session so that beginners won't feel overwhelmed and that advanced students will be engaged and challenged.Overall, Patrick is great at what he does. He has the perfect combination of pushing you to max effort and being your buddy" at the same time which motivates you to have the best workout possible.I would recommend Patrick as a trainer/coach for anyone looking to meet and exceed their fitness goals."

Prior to working with Patrick, I was stubborn and thought I had a perfect fitness regime and didn’t think I needed any support/training. I realized fairly quick that I was completely wrong. Working with Patrick not only changed my bad eating habits, but also changed my entire perspective on what a healthy lifestyle is defined as. Thanks to Patrick’s guidance and strong dedication to his craft, I was able to push myself and exceed my goal by losing 28 pounds within 5 months when I initially intended to only lose 20 pounds within 1 year.In addition to his excellent guidance, Patrick is a phenomenal boxer and if you start training with him I can almost guarantee that boxing will eventually become your new passion. Throughout this pivotal experience, what remained clear from the start is that Patrick makes a conscious effort to help his clients achieve success. I stumbled upon Patrick’s kickboxing class a few years back and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never done any type of martial arts class before but he made the class so fun and informative that I kept coming back to learn more from him! You can definitely tell that he is passionate not only about his work, but his clients as well. He always makes sure that you are being challenged but still enjoying the process as well. The knowledge that he has just propels your fitness to the next level.There are many different trainers out there that can get you to your fitness goals and your desired body, but if you’re trying to make health and fitness a life long thing then Patrick is definitely your guy.
