Rialto Theatre

The theater was beautiful. Drinks are very tiny and very pricey but the great show made up for it .Would go see other shows at this location.

This theatre is still beautiful and a great place to see a concert. Comfortable seating. Pretty good sound. Pretty good visibility from the balcony. Very polite staff.Downstairs is a big area for general admission- standing. Upstairs in the balconies there is assigned seating.The show was supposed to start at 8, but people were outside in a lineup around the block and down the street.When we got to the balcony we were told by an usher to sit anywhere we found seats. Instructions he had been given. We explained that we had assigns seats, and he apologized and said that it does not work that way. So we sat where we found. Once the show started and for eight songs, the ushers moved people around and put them in their proper seats. Bravo to the ushers for being able to sort this out. They handled this very well. Unfortunately we could not properly enjoy the show until this was over.It’s great venue, just a little bit more organization needed.

Beautiful theatre! I have never been there before, but I was surprise by the capacity it can hold! The interior is something else!

Nice place seats are not that comfortable, had a balcony view so very close to the stage. Sound was loud but could of used an upgrade. Overall nice venue.

No elevator, unorganized, not handicap friendly

Neat building, good seating upstairs and a nice big floor at stage level with seats on the sides. Not much choice for drinks, and probably better to bring cash, as their portable card machines sometimes have problems. No coat check at our event. Not sure about parking, but seemed limited.

I sent a message to many venues for my wedding that I'm trying to plan in 2026. All the venues wrote back to me, even if they're not open for 2026, but sent me their wedding packages anyway and even proposed a visit. It wasn't the case for Théâtre Rialto. I haven't heard back from them after almost a week and kindly asked my fiancé to call them for more information. The man who talked on the phone with my fiancé was cold and almost arrogant, I would say (I sure hope it wasn't the owner). He told my fiancé that all the info was on their website and to just look there. When my fiancé told him we couldn't find the info (we found it later, but not the point), he asked when was the wedding. When my fiancé told him in 2026, the man simply said ''well, there's your answer''. When asked what he meant, he explained that they weren't open for 2026 wedding. Why couldn't I just had an answer to my email saying so? Was it so hard? And why did he have to be so cold? Is that what their customer service is? I really wanted to choose that venue, but now I have to say that this whole thing was a turn off. It's really not that hard answering an email saying ''We are unfortunatly not open for 2026, but I invite you to check the wedding packages on our website and feel free to book a visit.''. Very disapointing. Do better, Théâtre Rialto.

Purchased the 3x online tickets ( Paolo Nutini show) with corresponding reserved seats, to be told by their personnel that we may sit anywhere we wish. Well, was that a complete disaster! Throughout the first 45 minutes of the show, people were being forced to change to their respective assigned seats. Total confusion by their staff, and totally annoyed by spectators having to be removed from their seats while the show was being played out. The seats/spectators in front of ours were changed 3 times over. I will definitely not be returning to this venue in the near future. Yes, of course it's a beautiful theater, long awaited show by Paolo, but total disappointment!
