Would definitely not use this service again, or recommend them. This was a load only job, and I wanted to deal with a local business. We had rented a truck and packed our belongings and this company was to do the loading of the truck. We have three principle concerns.1. The apparent lead" of the three men and the one who did most of the on-truck organizing did not tie off the load anywhere (other than just the piano) in the whole 26 foot truck

I hired these guys for a move a few months ago. The showed up on time ready to work, they were fast and the quality was 100%. I would suggest using them for all moving needs. 2 thumbs up!

Movers were scruffy and dirty - chipped and scratched newly painted walls...upon inspection realized that they had not taken tv’s, articles and boxes - very expensive - had to pay another company $350. To complete the job ! So disappointed.

We hired Quality moving in May 2017 for our packing and relocation in Ottawa. Our sales person Mario was very pleasant and attentive to our needs and concerns. The crew lead by Alex were amazing they took great care in packing and moving our valuables. Couldn't be happier with our choice. I would recommend Quality moving for any moving or packing in Ottawa.

Quality Moving And Packing
I am a contractor and hired this company to move my shop equipment as as well as my inventory. I am impressed, not one single complaint nor foul word when these men saw what they had to do. 3 tons of drywall stock, one ton of sheet stock, dozens of boxes of tools as well as a 1 ton squaring saw with a 29 foot beam that was handled with absolute care.I will use this this company again and will use them to handle my customers requests for moving their belongings too.

I have used this business for 4 moves over the course of the past 8 years. 100% effort and skill level for each of the moves. Staffers were efficient, quiet and got the job done under the timeframe each time. They wrapped everything professionally prior to moving and had the tools required to complete the job safely - not only to my furniture - but for their own safety as well.Overall, I'm very satisfied with my moves, and will be using Quality Moving & Packing again in the future.

Would give zero star if i could. The two movers couldnt move the cabinets so they asked my dad to move it. Very expensive for very poor service. The boss/driver was extremely rude. The movers took alot of smoking breaks and included it in the price. They refused to move heavy stuff and tvs. (They dont wanna be at fault for breaking a tv) IT’S THEIR JOB?! And they blamed us for not telling them we had tvs?! What house doesnt have a tv? They should change their name for “Poor quality moving”. This is horrible and i would absolutely not recommend to anyone.
