Well my complaint is actually about the company here . Global Industrial Service is a Placement Agency.The wicked black tooth whitch who run's it is awful. She lie cheat to manipulate. Nastiest employer i have ever seen and i have been around . Be very careful in any dealing by these people be it as customer or employee . They don't test drive or drug test . tell customers they do. They do not ! BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service, poor product,and poor return policy.I called three times to find out how to return a portable air conditioner after a week of use;was not satisfied with the unit. After being on hold for more than five minutes. I get this snotty customer service rep.I explain to her,the unit does not cool the space it supposed to.She says
