Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great & friendly service when I needed a car rental. Dealt with Steven D. for the rental pick up and drop off. I was very pleased with the customer service he provided and the rental car was great.

The experience I had here back in February was amazing. I had been in a car accident and needed a rental and these guys were immensely helpful, friendly, and understanding of the difficulty I was facing due to a head injury from the accident. They were super patient and accommodating dealing with me and I will always be grateful for that.

The ladies & gents at the Woodlawn Enterprise location are absolutely stellar! They went above and beyond to help me out at a time I needed it most (after an accident) . They were caring, compassionate, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location! Thank you again to the Enterprise team for being absolutely wonderful!

I was recently involved in an accident and had to get into a rental. Matt and rest of the team went out of their way to take care of me and got me the perfect/comparable vehicle.This team really goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I’ve gone to this Enterprise at least 5/6 times and each time you consistently provide the best quality service you could ever ask for. Matt and his team always continually assists us each and every time we rent from them and are always so friendly and quick with their service. Good prices, very good customer service staff, questionable support staff. First car smelt very strong of cigarette smoke, after noticing that I smelt of smoke after driving the car I wiped down the steering wheel with supplied wipe and it came out dark gray with dirt. Returned the first car, accidentally left my glasses in the car and they disappeared. Second car smelt better but not great but happy with it compared to the first. Then 2 weeks later I was at the collision center I noticed the same shuttle driver for this location sitting infront waiting for another customer smoking in one of the rental cars! Overall the experience could be better but those workers at the front desk are friendly, professional and fast!

I got a car from there during my car replacement. I misunderstood something and they were forgiving my mistake. It was very nice of them. Sorry again. Excellent customer service.

Matt and his team were great to deal with. It was a smooth booking process and the crew at Woodlawn Enterprise had me all sorted out in just a few minutes. Good little Hyundai compact SUV that had all the features I needed for a good price. Their communication was very good and I will (already have) recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental in the area.
