took my phone in to get it fixed the guy never gave me back my old parts and he scratched my phone up to s...t ! this guy is shady stay away and avoid getting ripped off . he quoted me for 260 and 340 bucks later . what a scammer

I want to pick up my Amazon package. Store is open and package is there. But they told me we can not give it to you. They said Store is closed for next two days. They don't answer the phone. They don't know what are they doing. Why are you wasting people's time?

I went in about a year ago and I've had my phone ever since but I bought a galaxy s10 128g from this shop about a year ago. It was my first expensive buy on a phone and was a gift from my father. It was fine for about 6 months until one day someone called it in blacklisted. I went in to the shop and they were no help. I even went back to find the receipt which was the issue they were raising as to why they wouldn't help me. I had explained to then that it was a guy there that was working that isn't there now how would I have a receipt that long and he denied anyone else working there. He at one point said to me that there was the guy I mentioned but then later denied it it all. I let it be due to the fact I had even bigger issues going on. Later on the next year I found a guy selling the same type of phone from this shop location on Facebook marketplace. He also denied ever working there. Suspiciously enough he looked like the guy that sold me the phone. Be very careful of this shop because they are no help to me and I got scammed out of 800$ at that time when the phone was new. I later found the receipt and I get no response from them at all since.

My galaxy A70 speaker went I have them replace it and a new data cord appeared to be needed replaced as well cost me 100$ the speaker worked for 2 day's brought it back they tell me not to drop my phone lol now it works sometimes when it feels like it. Repair was half heartily done

They fixed my ipad, and my XR. They didnt upsell me to fix the crack in the phone, instead put a protector on it to stop further damage. They also fixed the button on my ipad that i clearly mashed in. Would recommend this place to anyone to get a reasonable price to fix your unnecessarily expensive phone.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE THEY WILL BREAK IT!! The only 5 star reviews on here are friends and family, or robots.Brought mine in for a small crack in the bottom of the screen that didn't affect the phone's use.After repair was completed, the cost was $40 higher than I was quoted with no explanation as to why, and then my phone completely stopped working 2 days later. I brought it back and they looked at it, and said that I must have broke it, couldn't possibly be their fault.After having my phone for 8 hours, I got a call me 3 minutes before close so I could not pick up my phone that day. When I asked if they could wait 15 minutes as I'm from out of town, they said no and hung up on me.Also, the hours online are wrong so I waited outside for an hour, maybe not their fault but the whole experience with this location was just awful.When I picked up my phone, the repair man changed the story as to what was wrong with it several times. First he said I must have dropped it, then he said the LC screen or something was broken, then he said it was water damage. Couldn't pick a story. He also yelled at me in front of other customers in the store.Do not bring your electronics here. Do not make the same mistake clearly many of us have made.

I bought my very first cell phone at Finet, over 20 years ago. And not much has changed outside of the location. Same relaxed atmosphere and fair pricing on new and used phones, tablets and repairs.The owner is such a down to earth, friendly, fair and knowledgeable guy, whose passion shines through immediately. And I think if everyone dealt with him directly they'd have 5 stars across the board.I find it such a pleasure to support local businesses as such, who've managed to stand the test of time. And I will continue to visit brick and mortar shops to support my local economy before shopping anywhere else.Maybe I'm old school, but I like to put my hands on things and take them for a spin before purchasing. You can't do that on a website. Nor can you call them up on the phone and get a real human being on the other end to help you.

Google hours say 10:00, posted sign says 10:00, no mention about change in hours on website or at storefront. It's now quarter after ten and I have a package I have to pick up. Don't tell me I walked all this way to just walk back empty handed, only to return at your convenience.
