There were HUGE flies all over the donuts. When I informed the employee, he put the donut he had already picked for me back on the rack and walked away. The most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen and I’ve been all across Canada, been to hundreds of Tim Hortons and hundreds of restaurants in my time. I’ve even worked in tim hortons. Never have I seen anything so disgusting. I’ll be calling corporate and informing them.

It was very bad experience at this location earlier today. Two mail server were rude and unhelpful while taking an order for food. Custom service is very poor.

The staff here is always friendly but the product is always poor, almost everytime ive come to this tim hortons there has been an issue i.e no sugar in coffee, things forgotten and I need to go back through or just lazily done things like this photo. How do you accept this is enough cream cheese to put on a bagel? Is this a joke?

I used the drive-in service and was very fast. I ordered black coffee and a Squencher and that was exactly what they announced.

This location is always so slow whether you're going inside or drive-thru. Washrooms need work. Free WiFi. Parking lot can get busy.

This place can't figure it out! I finally gave Tim Hortons another chance after a long time not going and this happens!The picture below is supposed to be a bacon farmers wrap but all I got was bacon and cheese! A very expensive wrap! Not sure who trains or manages the morning staff but let's figure it out!

On two occasions this week I had to go to a different Tim Hortons because your restaurant was out of stock. This has been a common theme at this location. There seems to be poor inventory management. I understand the need to reduce waste, but I will be going to the location up the street which seems to do better at providing a service.

Came In literally seconds ago. The staff looked at front counter then took off yelling in the back. Having a jolly good time, may e they're done work I don't know but we stood there for a lengthy amount of time and just left. Normally I'm patient when it's busy but blatant ignoring of customers to engage in what I assume was wholehearted fun in the back was less than a desirable level of service. We were not acknowledged nor even told just a minute " as far as I know there was only three of them but I am not getting any younger."

I go here often. It's usually my go to Tim Hortons due to the location and the service.Sometimes, they're out of stuff in the later part of the day, but I think that's near closing time, so it's to be expected. The staff is still very polite and courteous and gives good service.I'll go early in the day too and it's one of the busiest locations from what I've seen in Welland, and they still seem to handle the crowd pretty well with pretty fast service and good food/drinks.
