TJ's Pizza

One of the worst pizzas I ever had. Day by day they are breaking their own record in meeting the worst quality and service.Ordered pizzas for delivery. Was luke warm when it came. Crust was like cardboard, very tough. Hardly any pizza sauce, toppings and cheese. One of the pizza's was burn't on top. Phoned the restaurant to let them know. Manager didn't care and rude.Will never order from this place again.

I first had TJ's pizza at a staff event and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was. Since then, I have ordered from TJ's South multiple times and have been super happy with it each time. The pizza has always been cooked well, not over or under cooked. Toppings have all been great quality and in good amounts on top of the pizza. I'm picky about pizza crust and sauce, I really enjoy both from TJ's. They also have super good deals on their corporate menu and when ordering at home. I have had great customer service at the south location as well as when it's delivered. Way better than any other 2 for 1 pizza place in the city in my opinion.

On March 06,2023 night, I called them at 1:39a.m. to place an order for pick-up, no one answered the phone. I visited them in person to place order at 1:45a.m., I was told that they don't take orders after 1:30a.m. and the crew has turned off the oven. There were another few customers who had to return, I asked the crew that there are more than 2 customers, you still won't be able to turn on. He said, no I cant.Called the East location on service road, they didn't answered phone call as well.What I cannot understand is why in the world would you be open till 2a. while you won't serve after 1:30??????

-5/5 …worst service.This is 2nd time, first time I Ignored them as at that day was my daughter’s 2nd bday and I don’t want to spoil our special day.Now, 2nd time…I Ordered pizzas for party at my house. They delivered my pizza at my neighbours door step, while my unit was mentioned properly in my account and in their record as well(as a regular customer) .After waiting more than an hour , when I called them , their delivery driver told to the person(who answered my call) I left at unit 8X. And then that man says me to pick it from our neighbours door , we just delivered 7 mins before, Totally a big lie as I was sitting in my balcony and delivery man came there almost 20+ min. before.When I refused to pick from there then they sent me again without following instructions, no discount, nothing at all. Best is to go to another pizza store instead of them by paying such expensive prices, still we are not getting good service.

(editted for clarity) Pizza is ok but double changed me (once on the website and once on the store) and never sent the pizza. When I called to speak to the manager I never heard back for 3 weeks. They refunded the first charge but not the second and I had to go through a charge back process.

Ordered 3 pizzas and one of them was burnt, literally the chicken, crust, cheese was hard and blackened. I don't understand why would you serve something like this to your customer. Even the quantity of toppings was not enough compared to previous orders. I have been ordering from them for the last 2-3 years now and I can tell their customer service and food quality has gone down the hill. Never ordering again from them!

In stead of large pizza I got medium size and they charged me for large one. Tbh it’s not worth money. Better try other place.

Last night I ordered spicy chicken pizza, but instead they gave me spicy paneer and price was way more higher. For a medium and a large they cost me over $60.

Ordered paneer tikka pizza. Was really awesome. Goes well with roasted garlic dip.They have great deals and free delivery. Just call them direct rather then ordering on skip to avail all the great deals.
