They are efficient and fast at what they do. However, they do not do a site visit so if your property has special features such as understory shrubs, clematis or new gardens, be aware that they will arrive on the day of the lawn care and will just start as they are not gardeners. They will mow and trim everything. Fortunately I was home and was able to stop them in time before they took out the ferns and the new shade garden. That said, once I explained everything to them, they were fantastic and did exactly as requested. I think the company needs to have the option of a site visit first as that is very necessary to prevent losses.
