Be aware, if you purchase an item here (in your size) and throw your receipt into the recycle before you check the fit, and you try to exchange for your size, you will be given credit for the last sale price on that item, not what your bank records show you paid the previous day. Parking lot is a bit tricky to get out of since it's on a corner. Good selection of shoes and other clothing ware. Best to go there when they have good sales

Since the reno...this place has been nothing but AWESOME! I have been buying more stuff there lately and I tend to get the same guy helping me every time...a younger kid named Kyler....SOOOO very helpful every time!

Today I bought the most comfortable pair of men's Skechers Flex Advantage 4.0 Air Cooled Memory Foam Backless Shoes. If you like comfortable quick slip on shoes, BUY THESE! I assue you they will not disappoint. With the memory foam and soft rubber souls, you'll almost forget that you're wearing them.Thanks to the wonderful red-headed sweet-heart of a lady staff member in the store, I walked out of Marks a happy shopper.....again. I'm a long-time regular customer of Mark's and will continue shopping there as long as I can.To all the great management and staff who continue to make my shopping experience the best, THANK YOU! :)

Appreciate their wide selection of practical, durable, quality clothing suitable for work or play. Prices tend to be high, but they have decent sales. Staff were helpful.Some minor shortcomings:1. There's a shortage of mirrors in the menswear section. I had to walk halfway across the large store to check how a shirt would look on me.2. The parking area over-prioritizes parking and cars and is not well designed for pedestrian access.

Poor customer service. Apparently Water proof is code for water resistant. The worker would not exchange 2 week old boots to cover their 100 day manufacturer defect policy. The boots were worn for 1 week. I thought I'd give marks a second chance because of their poor customer service from a while back. I didn't even bother trying to argue. I kept the boots($290) and will pass them on. Went to Work and Play instead, bought new boots and am satisfied.(Edit), I can't reply to your reply so I'll add on. Your store was partially closed and a sales assistant pulled 3 pair of boots out of the back of your store for me to try on, yes I had help from someone. Water proof work boots that are comfortable and I decided on the only pair that he brought and fit my full criteria. The boots say WATER PROOF on them. So after 2 days of work my boots flood gates open? Seeing how I work in Vancouver long hours, I don't have a lot of time to get back to Chilliwack while you are open, the reason why it's taken 2 weeks for me to return" these. The first person who helped me out said you only had 1 pair of keen brand work boots which I now know is false

Marks is one of our favourite stores lots of selections and good quality. Staffs are very welcoming and very friendly specially Kathy , she is amazing. She help me with my purchases. It was a wonderful experience. It’s always is.

Saturday June 3rd 2023 - not sure if your cashier with long, curly red hair is a homiphobe or just plain rude but we were treated disgustingly and left to pack up our own purchase.My wife and I both work in the trades and had a question for her about a purchase and she was so rude and hostile. Your cashier is your final point of contact with the company and we were abhorred with the attitude. We spend thousands of $ per year at marks for work wear but even if we didn't- the service was really unacceptable.

Since the are under renovation.Very noisy grinders etc need hearing protection should have warning about it.Off gassing from chemicals .Tight isles concrete dust all over the floor great when trying on shoes gets all over your socks.Prices are high.
