A little pricey, but worth it. Even their cheaper foods are awesome, my kitties fur is so soft and shiny. Great selection of cat and dog food and accessories, friendly staff with good recommendations.

I have really tried to like this place but my experience yesterday has finally convinced me to shop elsewhere. I am looking after a friends dog & needed to purchase more food for it. I walked into the store & asked the lady if they sold 'Taste of The Wild Bison' dog food. Her response was exactly this...'We don't sell that food, it is very poor quality food made in a disgusting factory in the States'.I WASN'T ASKING HER OPINION OF THE FOOD!!!!!!! I simply wanted to know if they carried that brand.I always support my local stores when I can but I'm choosing NOT to support this one.

They treat you like your apart of a family, they care about every animal and ever need. My dogs love going in they get greeted with treats and love, always have the best prices and always willing to make sure your happy with your service! Deffently will be staying here!

Very disappointed with my experience at Pet Planet Olds. I buy very high quality food for my cats with our vet however due to their limited hours I thought it would be more convenient to purchase it at Pet Planet Olds if they sold the same food (or even something similar). I went into the store to inquire and the owner (I think) proceeded to tell me that the food I was asking for was not on her “approved list” and she would never sell that junk there. I was appalled at her response. Just FYI to a small business owner the negative feedback will always make someone walk out of your door and go somewhere else. Try “I’m sorry, we don’t carry that brand however we do carry some very high quality foods” and I might have purchased something from you.

Great place to get pet supplies, especially buy more save more. Love the little sacks with catnip too

Awesome pet store in Olds, everything you need and good prices.

The staff and owners are so knowledgeable and truly care about your pets needs. If they dont know the answer they will try and find one and get back to you as soon as possible. I also really like that they know everything they sell and can recommend products. The girls are super helpful and ask insight from their coworkers if they have more experience with a certain pet. They are fantastic :)

Candace was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the food that is available and helped me pick a good food for my cat.
