With Carolyn’s guidance, I was able to hold the thought and feelings of being present. I have been doing my own inner work with this issue for quite some time but needed the extra support to help embody and own my presence. I am a stay-at-home mom and still dealing with some family that I have disconnected from. The exercises that Carolyn guided me through truly helped me to reach an inner peace. I can see and feel an image every time I want to be in the present and slow down my thoughts. Carolyn has a gentleness about her which I appreciated. She is an excellent coach and I recommend her services.

I've personally known Carolyn for quite some time. I recently started meeting with her for life coaching service and all I can say is that she has shedded a completely new perspective and light in my life. I have been feeling stuck and inadequate with my career, but with her help, she was able to guide me to take a step back and think about why I was truly feeling that way. I have had a recent coaching experience with Carolyn that I deeply value. She is a great source for everyone out there who needs a little nudge and some support in their lives. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but decided to try a life coach for the first time. Carolyn really helped me break down some insecurities & find healthier responses to external stressors. I’m really glad I tried this out, work & my relationship have gotten better. Carolyn really listens to what you’re saying, she’s so sweet, but will be so real with you. I highly recommend her!

Seeking advice from Carolyn was the best decision I’ve ever made! During my sessions, she was able to help me identify underlying issues and remove unforeseen obstacles, which created an easier and more clear path forward. It was difficult for me to pinpoint exactly what was holding me back. However, Carolyn was very natural at recognizing the hurdles and then applying life coaching techniques, which successfully subsided or eliminated my problems all together. With her help, I’ve become more confident and aware of anything that comes my way. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Well worth the time and effort!

Going into the session my energy was a bit scattered, she was able to expertly detect what I needed to focus on and by the end of the session I felt much more aligned and clear about what direction to go in. She led me through the most beautiful meditation, the effects of which I won’t soon forget.
