SAM'S SHOE REPAIR
Incredible, fast and friendly service! And the quality of the workmanship was amazing!! Not only were my boots repaired, but they were buffed and polished so well, my friends asked if they were new. I used to travel all the way to Mississauga for shoe/boot repairs and after my experience at Sam's this past week, there's no way I could go back to the other shoe repair shop.

SAM'S SHOE REPAIR
Brought in a pair of medium brown leather boots for cleaning and maintenance as I had avoided it for years. They did a great job of cleaning and restoring the leather, however the mink oil has darkened the boots quite a bit and I was never informed of this prior to the service being performed. I'd still go here again as the price is reasonable, but would like if they would inform clients of the changes they will see to their belongings before starting any work.

SAM'S SHOE REPAIR
Excellent service and outstanding workmanship. I took my two dress shoes to replace heels rubber pads. I was really pleased with the work done and the same day service. They also treated the leather of ly shoes in a way that they look like new. Abel treated me very friendly and professional. I will recommend anyone that need a shoe repair service to come to Sam's Shoe Repair Shop.

SAM'S SHOE REPAIR
Very disappointed. Last fall I brought in a pair of leather dress sandals to Sam's Shoes for repair. The stitching was pulling apart at the top of the shoe. Was guaranteed it would be an easy fix...and it certainly was... istead of properly stitching the sandal they glued it back together!! Unfortunately, the poor workmanship was not noticed upon pick up, but instead, a few days later, as I tried the shoes on for a wedding. The glue did not hold and they fell apart. Would NEVER recommend this place.

Sam’s Show Repair advised me to arrive after 4 pm on Saturday to collect my repaired sandal. I showed up at 4:10 pm and he was shut down, locked and dark. Posted hours for Saturday 9:30-6.I leave the next day (Sunday) for an extended international trip.Way to go Sam! Thank you FOR NOTHING! Because that is what I received from you. NOTHING! Can’t wait to hear the excuses.

Unbelievably friendly staff who do amazing work. I had a pair of dress shoes that have seen better days that would normally require me to send them back to the US to get fixed. In an hour I was out with shoes that look brand new. The sole and heals were fixed, shined to perfection. This is my new shoe repair store - no need to travel any more and I feel confident bringing my best shoes here. Great work and happy we have you here in Milton!

SAM'S SHOE REPAIR
I took my old leather timberlands there to get cleaned, the gentlemen at the counter suggested to get the heels replaced aswell and it was amazing. The gentleman was very kind and took great care of my shoes. I’ve tried many shoes repairs store, and I can say with out a doubt that this is the best place to get your shoes cleaned/served.
