Obviously Claims"Pro" (CP) is not 'living in the times', let alone in Edmonton's current market/environment; the repair estimate provided is far from current market---the cost of materials/sq.foot and $/hour of work quoted by CP is at very least 20% below, in addition to the fact that they have not taken in to consideration the fact that will be next-to-impossible to even find/book a contractor @ said estimate to complete the insurance repair in a timely manner.Your magical formula obviously (from a decade or so before) needs to be updated to match the current economy and situation!
