First time I've ever had to write a review because of how unfortunate the experience was. The van wasn't in very good condition picking up, there was a tire with low pressure (not safe!). Weren't clear on instructions during pick up. Everything was exchanged over text, kinda weird. They overcharged me after the service, after having given me an estimate at checkout. A man over the phone helped me bring it down (so thank you) but was still overcharged. Would not recommend!

Dude straight up wasn't here, door was locked and voicemail was full so I couldn't even leave a message. It wasn't an urgent situation so I could just change plans but if I had needed that truck any more urgently I would have been SOL.

I hate uhaul with a passion, but this was the best experience I've ever had with them. The guy that runs this place was super personable and responsive. It's very rare for me to give 5 stars, but he earned it. Be sure to buy something in his shop, since that's where the majority of his income comes from.

Sadly I confirm that it is an hassle to park the truck. You are in charge of finding yourself a public spot in this overcrowded and packed with construction sites area. Took me 30 min driving around to find a spot. I would still be driving around today if I didn t find the u haul representative walking around and letting me know I could park in front of a unloading zone.And the worst part is that with a big truck, you most likely need two spots to be able to park. And apparently some trucks don t have back up camera?? Just impossible to do.They tried to take pictures of my CC but I refused. My CC info was put in the website and they didn t need said pictures to charge me.Nobody was at the front desk sadly when we arrived and we had to wait 20 min for somebody to show up.

DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL - They physically took pictures of my credit card, and when I asked them to delete them, they said it was part of the process. Later the next day I had fraudulent charges on my credit card from Doordash. I had to cancel my credit card due to this. DO NOT BOOK IT.Booked 15'' truck a month in advance, arrived at check in time, they made me wait 30 minutes to process my check in.They gave me a 10'' truck instead. Which meant I had to do multiple trips and wasted time.The tank was half full when I was given the smaller truck.This location does not have a parking lot, which means you have to go for a long walk to find the truck, and you are responsible to find free parking when you are dropping off the truck. It is ridiculous.Overall a massive headache. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Worst U-Haul experience, ever! The van was in horrible condition, the guy renting it wasn't on-site, pickup was relayed over phone and text. I was overcharged for things like fuel and a cleaning fee when I put in fuel and returned the van in the exact same condition as it was rented. Poor experience and these folks seem like money grabbers! You'd be best looking elsewhere.
